[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my dryer about a month. It looks good I’m still trying to figure out how to start it without the count down! That’s annoying and takes too long. The instruction leaflet has no clue how to make running the dryer a simple instruction. Get new writers. That’s my complaint and this needs work!

Finally a new Washer & Dryer!

All in all, we love the new washer and dryer set. The only thing we're getting used to are the soft touch controls; they are soooo easy to turn. Turning them on/off and the dials for selecting type of use can be changed by just bumping/brushing against them. DRIES GREAT COMPUTER BRAIN TAKES TO LONG TO UNDERS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LIKE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE DRYER AND I DO NOT LIKE THE COMPUTERIZED PROGRAMMING THAT TAKES TIME EACH TIME YOU WANT TO USE THE DRYER. YOU CAN NOT JUST THROW A LOAD IN AND PUSH START, IT HAS TO RUN YOU THRU THE COMPUTERIZED PROGRRAMMING AND RESETTING. THE USER MANUAL IS WORTHLESS AS IT DOES NOT WALK YOU THRU ALL THE COMPUTERIZED BUTTONS.

Soft Error message

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It did not work from the first day. Every time you pushed the start button, a Soft Error message would appear, and technical support could only tell us to unplug for 30 minutes and then try again. Sending it back.

Easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new dryer replaced one that was 15 to 20 years old. Also a Whirlpool dryer. The new dryer is quite and very efficient.

So far not bad

The only issue I see so far is that when I put it on air dry it takes twice as long to dry since I have to do it twice. Not sure because of the outside air depending if it humid in the house and or outside.

My family and I have clothes that we don’t dry or dry to much. Works great and is also energy efficient. I will buy another whirlpool product in the future .

Quiet and large capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new dryer. It is super quiet and has a large capacity for my queen size comforter. The only small complaint that I have, is that because it has a sensor, sometimes the load isn’t completely dry when the dryer feels the cycle is complete.

Pretty good machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement a month ago. Works great overall. Still trying out different settings for drying single blanket. It seems to roll up on itself leaving the inside of the ball damp. Tried dryer balls, only thing that’s worked so far is repositioning the blanket every 15 minutes. Also, no interior light.
