Confusing

Machines is not working like the way it should be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine 6 months ago,it's not working like the way should be for example delicate clothes shows 40min when I went to checked it was almost 2hours it didn't stop my clothes were almost burn, I try regular/normal clothes and machine never stops working until I turn it off,they send a person to repair it didn't work still doing the same thing,I'm really disappointed,I would like to get a different dryer or send me my money back

Performs well

Ok

Switches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We don't really like the the touch switches, our old Maytag switches worked better, maybe we will get used to them. Also the lint filter is sometimes hard to remove.

Too many features, enseless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too bulky. Everytime I try to open my cabinet above it, it turns on. Both washer and dryer. One of the two whistles. I am very angry there's no written manual. I don't have a computer or a printer for my phone. There's a button on the dryer that doesn't even work. None of the timing makes sense. You turn it on a setting that'll say, 1:54, and it washes in about 45 minutes. The tray for soap and bleach is a cheap piece of plastic that gets soake...

Great appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My one dryer went out after 15 years so I bought a whirlpool. This new one has so many buttons I was at first confused as to how to use it . After much frustration I called whirlpool customer service and was given expert advice and guidelines for successfully using my dryer . I’ve just finished with my Monday laundry day and can honestly say : I love my new whirlpool dryer !

Not the same whirlpool drier as previous one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for a previous whirlpool duet drier. This drier is a little louder than the previous one! Not happy about the button controls! You can feel you pushing start buttons on the previous drier this drier you pushing but the have to wait to display to turn on. If you push too long it goes in restart mode.

Good enough

Dryers the laundry well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were replacing a Kenmore Whirlpool stacked dryer. This one dries nicely ( which the old one no longer did), my only negatives are that the door opens on the wrong side, the glass gets very hot ( no longer a double glass on the door?) and I have to stand on my tiptoes to use the two buttons that start the dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been buying whirlpool for 30 years. Always happy with washer and dryer. Who ever the genius was to take the light out of the dryer should be fired! You absolutely need a light in the dryer.
