Finding the Right Size for a Perfect fit !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an earlier Model from years ago, that finally "Gave up the Ghost" It seems Dryers, like people, are getting bigger every year .We were Lucky to find a Whirlpool Compact Dryer That was Identical, in size and Capacity (to the inch believe it or not) We had almost given up hope , but the correct size was delivered early and works just fine.

Nice dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have liked the door to open in the opposite direction and it’s hard to open, also the door feels really flimsy and tinny. Otherwise I’m happy with it.

Good choice for its intended purpose

Door tough to open, yes, but here's a way to help

Like other reviews say, the door is a little hard to open, but if you stand to the left, and pull the door *to the left*, even tho it opens to the right, it is immensely easier to open. I actually moved it at a diagonal in a corner to help with that and worked like a charm. This little dryer is perfect for when you need something that will work with a 110 outlet. My apartment only has a very tiny closet for "laundry hookups" that only fits ventless combo machines which are not great, to put it...

Do not buy! Cheap! Door does not open easily!

Lowes delivered it and installed it!! No heat! Blows cold air for one thousand dollars!

Coach Happiness!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With our new Fleetwood Frontier Coach we, or I should say "I", got a wonderful surprise! A Whirlpool Washer and Dryer!! Love it!! Perfect for small loads and quick to dry. Easy to remove lint and it is quiet!

Great for drying, terrible for routine maintenance

I have a Whirlpool LDR3822PQ. Needed to clean the lint from under the drum and had to remove the front panel. I had to rip off the front part of the control panel to separate the timer from the knob just to remove the front panel. I couldn't get past the item behind the hybrid screws and could not find any help. I feel I purchased the wrong dryer for my apartment.

Do small loads

I have this m/c and i definitely do small loads for example I put in my Fitted sheet "first" then hit 18-20 mins (setting a timer) then put it on my bed and place the top sheet --2 pillow cases 15-18 mins. and done. When i first moved in they took me too long These are condo size so i am just the corner from this machine which is not a lot of walking distance.
