Buy from a regular appliance store

The first one I received was damaged took 3 weeks to get it 3 weeks later I get another one and it does not work properly sounds like there's a code in there with a zipper banging inside it has something in the paddles very disappointed in the overall experience with it

Quality product that you can reliably on

I begin hearing a noise after the first three loads and then it continued so I got my book out and was going to call the 1-800 number also I got out my spare cell phone that has a recorder on it and record the noise that I was hearing. I got the phone all charged up and ready to go got my next load of laundry ready to go into the dryer and waited ...

Take too long to dry clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes forever to dry anything, even with smaller loads, the dry time exceeds what it should be! Expect each load, even small ones to take two hours. It took 5 hours to dry two loads of heavier clothes.

Long lasting appliance

I purchased this 5 years ago. I love it. I had one previously for about 10 years. I dislike gas dryers, and needed a standard plug electric dryer. I would buy it again. It is currently in my kitchen as I can no longer carry laundry from my basement.

Good machine!

Dries quickly and quite a few things at one time. It's also very quiet. It also is energy efficient so my electric bill didn't go up at all. Ever since Covid there was no way I was going to use my buildings dryer after my previous one no longer worked. It's worth every penny...
