[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this used 2 years ago and have desperately tried to get an owners operating manual. I have been hung up on and put on hold indefinitely numerous times. Who doo you have to bonk to get a manual?????

Worst washer - DEN error code (washer not working)
Would Not RecommendThis washer is very bad. It's displaying a code that was never there before. Now I cannot wash my clothes. The crazy part is that there is nothing online that can help solve the problem. It's not even in the manual. 0 star rating

Clothing spinner
Would Not RecommendI live in a rental so don't care about warranty I care about my power bill so I just went and took the secondary filter out in the slide out part in the bottom and at least it will for the most part dry some towels in 1.5 hours and socks and boxers in an hour or so. Still can't figure out that steam setting tho, has a tank but the button doesn't seem to actually work.

Doesn't dry
Would Not RecommendWe have been using this machine and diligently cleaning out the lint from the filters between cycles. It simply does not dry the items. Even after hours of drying time, this machine does not dry the items

Worst Dryer
Would Not RecommendDo not buy this dryer. Yes, it's great that it saves space but that's about it. The drying time is over two hours and sometimes I need to put the clothes back in the dryer for another cycle. We barely used our dryer since it takes so long- instead we bought a drying rack and dry it beside our heater, which is such a hassle especially considering that the dryer should be taking care of that. Now, our dryer is making a squeaking sound and needs repair. Seriously considering just biting the bullet ...

Whirlpool ventless dryer
Would Not RecommendThis product is a poor design, poor quality, high maintenance piece of junk. Works for a short time after you buy it and then basically steamed your clothes. We clean the filters after every use, but the condenser is always plugged and to get it out it is absolutely ridiculous. And we are not using the steam setting, we are not dumb. Would not recommend this product. Do not buy not worth the money. I want my money back!!

Does not work
Would Not RecommendThis dryer is not working and service from whirlpool just cancelled the call. Won’t buy again

Rubbish. Not drying clothes at all.
Would Not RecommendI should give it 0 mark if I can. As I washed one batch clothes and dry them for 3 times with this dryer, they are still wet and getting smelly in the dryer. It is disgusting!!! Do NOT buy this model.

Does as it says
Would RecommendI got this unit through a friend. I like the fact that it is ventless and with all the new car charging adapters available, I can plug it in my kitchen. I am pretty pleased overall, it reminds me of European dryers... Basically, people don't understand it will take longer than the usual 60 mins you're used to. It might take an extra 40 mins. The unit is pretty good at determining the level of humidity and the time taken to dry to your preferred dryness. "Mixed load- Dry" usually takes my denim...

Dryer does not dry and is so expensive
Would Not RecommendHad this dryer for about 3 years now and it is the absolute worst! It was incredibly expensive and I bought it for the compact size, but low and behold, it simply does not dry clothes! I tried everything including using various different modes, turning off all the options, cleaning both traps, and still, it leaves clothes damp. Would definitely not recommend as it's been a huge frustration and an incredibly big cost. Would likely stay away from whirlpool altogether.

Just doesn't work
Would Not RecommendI have a brand new dryer and it requires multiple drying cycles as clothes are always damp after the first couple of cycles. Very dissappoiting product as it simply does not do what it is supposed to do!

Faulty
Would Not RecommendThis dryer is faulty. I was excited because I have a ventless dryer. I have this in my new condo for over a year but this has been serviced thrice due to faulty parts etc. First and second were it didn’t dry my clothes at all. Then they replaced the whole electronic part. Recent one was due to a power outage in the area then when I did some drying, it no longer heats and vents. Everyone in the condo does not like this unit. It does not work.

Just doesn't work!!

Do not recommend. Short life and hard to maintain
Would Not RecommendBeen using for 3 years it’s been bearable enough. Doesn’t dry in a full cycle always have to start damp clothes on a new cycle to dry and it take a very long time. Lint has built up on radiator coils and water is pooling at the bottom that won’t dry this has lead to mold and mildew smells. Now dryer makes clothes smell like mildew. I am concerned about the health risk this poses for my family. I have stopped using. I am told it is very hard to take a part and clean properly to fix this issue. Ne...

Requires multiple cycles to dry clothes
Would Not RecommendI've had this machine for 3+ years. Was installed in new-build condo. I wish I could say better things. It doesn't work well at all. It takes 3ish cycles to dry a normal load of clothing. Would not recommend

Loud noise 'wheeeeee'
Would Not RecommendHad been using this pair for four years, drying time is longer than regular vented dryers. Lint cleaning warning light is always on despite after cleaning both filters. Recently loud noise 'wheeeeee' which last for 1 to 2 minutes comes out during drying cycle. I expect a dryer to last for at least 10 years, but this one obviously is not up to my expectations,

Does not dry!
Would Not RecommendI got this dryer as apart of a new home and comes to find out this it does not dry. There is a reason why this design is discontinued, and it is because it does not work as the vent does not get enough air to dry the clothes especially in small laundry closets in condos, which is what it is advertised to be designed for. It is also very complicated and expensive to fix. Very dissatisfied.

impossible to clean and poor performance
Would Not RecommendThis ventless dryer design is flawed. Despite appropriate cleaning of the top and bottom lint filters, lint gets through the bottom filter into the metal radiator behind it, with no way to clean it unless you take the whole unit apart- which is not an option in our condo. We are going to replace this as we feel it is dangerous with a lint build up inside the unit. It also doesn't dry well or consistently. There is a video on youtube that shows the issue, and how hard it is to clean. https://www...

Clothes never dry
Would Not RecommendWe have had this unit since 2018, however it has never dried clothes properly. I love whirlpool products, but this one has me thinking of replacing the unit with something else. As many others have said, this unit does not dry clothing properly and leaves them damp. The bottom filter is extremely difficult to clean and cannot be done correctly without taking the whole dryer apart. Extremely disappointed with this product.

Can’t dry cloth and hard to clean
Would Not RecommendIt is a dryer but can’t dry even small load of clothes, the bottom filter is hard to buy and the metal grate is impossible to fully cleaning. I should read the reviews here before I buy it, I love whirlpool but absolutely not this one. BTW, where I can find the filter?
