First Smoker And Super Happy So Far
Would RecommendI used to smoke things on my propane BBQ. Loved the flavour you could produce but it was a ton of work. Looked at all of the options for a pellet smoker that could also serve as a BBQ. 1 month in I am super impressed. Easy to use, great App that helps you control everything and the hardware works very well. Easy to clean and change the type of pellets for different flavours. Done ribs, beer can chicken, burgers, meatloaf and steaks so far. Everything turned out amazing.

Would RecommendI did a lot of research on what I thought would be the best pellet smoker for my needs and I settled on the Weber Searwood. So far I'm very impressed. The wifi setup/bluetooth was flawless.

First month impressions
Grill is solid. It does use alot of fuel though. The accessories are expensive but necessary to take full advantage of the grill capabilities IMO. Bought it as a gift but ended up ordering a flip up shelf, basket, and a rotisserie, so we have some money tied up in this grill now. We also have the charcoal Sumit kamado so we have options if we want that taste - the Searwood is not a replacment for that by any means, just a companion. like the “App” to run this grill from your phone so no overnigh...

Would RecommendThe grill works great and gets to temp very fast. The food I have cooked all turned out great. I have noticed some inconsistency with temps when cooking at high temps. I have one complaint and one suggestion. My complaint is that the digital display menu is a little convoluted and not intuitive. The minimalist iconography is pretty confusing and I would prefer text + icons. My suggestion for a feature I feel lacking is a scheduling ability. I would love to be able to set modes on a schedule (I.e...
