Love this grill

Being able to smoke and sear on the same grill within minutes is awesome. I can control just about everything with the app too. I assembled it by myself in about an hour. I messed up on one step so that added some time, but overall it was pretty easy.

Delivered with Missing Part

Delivery guys where great, but this was delivered missing a key part. It should have never left the warehouse missing this part. Either it was assembled and they didn't care that a key part in the assembly was missing or they just don't notice the part was missing through incompetence. The resolution offered is to waste a full day at home waiting for it to be picked up for a return. Poor QC by the assembly team and poor customer support by Lowes.

Loving this Pellet Grill. I've already cooked Pork Tenderloin, and Baby Back Port Ribs. The family said the Ribs were the absolute best they had ever eaten. I've also found the Grill pretty simple and easy to clean.

No Help

I can’t fairly recommend this grill yet. My new Searwood XL 600 has had trouble reaching the temperatures needed to sear, and it continues to show the E18 temperature-drop error. I’ve followed Weber’s troubleshooting steps and am using Weber pellets, but the problem remains. Weber scheduled a troubleshooting call, so I stepped away from work and waited 30 minutes; no one called or notified me. I’m still waiting for a proper diagnosis and a clear plan for repair or warranty service. I’ll reconsid...

Do not buy, go get a rectech

Do not buy, go get a rectech Cannot recommend at all does not hit 600° and customer service is not willing to help do not buy! Bought a defective product 3 weeks ago. So far this addition to my Weber family is going well. There were a few hiccups and a few things I'm not as happy about. Weber packs things well, this is for sure, however the bottom shelf was a little bent which made it painful to put together as the holes don't line up before the thin metal "boings" in the other direction. Very disappointed. Error Codes and headaches

I really wanted to like this thing. It was a disappointment from the minute I assembled it. It began with dents in the lid and a warped shelf. Since it was so large, I opted to message Weber instead of doing a return. After a months-long wait for replacement parts, it was finally assembled. Great… but app control / connection needs work

Good product, the one hang up is the controller. The interface is antiquated and relies heavily on the phone app for use. At the same time, it does not stay connected over WiFi so every time you go to control or check through the app you need to wait 30 seconds or more for the app to reconnect to the grill

This is THE one!

Worth the wait! Have been waiting for a grill that could do everything I needed. So far everything I have done on this grill has tasted amazing. Purchased the side and front shelf’s - worth it up front. Only critique-two wheels. This unit is very heavy (which is good) but two lockable casters on the front should be on it.
