Cooks great, build quality, not so good
I absolutely love this grill! It cooks fantastic in all situations. You can sear meat, you can smoke it on a low temp, and somehow it's great at both. Unquestionably a five-star cook. However, after the fourth use mine stopped working and gave an error message. They sent me a new USB wire which I had to install and that didn't work. Then they sent me an entire new circuit board which I had to install myself and that fixed the problem. But overall, I couldn't use my brand new grill for over a mon...
