No battery in package

Not sure if this is a way of being cheap or just a manufacturing oversight, but my product didn't come with a battery! Now I have to order one separately before using.

Best Thermometer ever!!!

This is hands down the best thermometer ever. My mom got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend since I got him a smoker/grill. This thing is awesome. It’s so easy to use, the app is amazing. You can select different types of meat with a recommended setting for that type. It shows the entire cook time on a graph and the internal temp you set it to shows as a red line on the graph as well. Worked Great at first

I received this as a gift for father's day in 2021 and at first it worked great. Now, beginning to use it in 2022, it is hard to keep paired unless the iphone is next to it. Also, the temperature reading jumps all over when the wire is moved slightly. The temperature jumps from 40 to 321 to 245 to 78 and even up 420. I checked the battery and it is good, and I tried resetting it, but the problems continue.

Work good the first few times, now it quit working

Received as a gift, and worked great the first 3 times I used it. then it would not turn on. Tried replacing the battery twice and using the reset button found inside the battery cover. For having Weber's name on it and the money they sell it for, you would think it would be a quality product. After reading the the reviews on line, looks like I'm not only one in this situation.

Worked Great for first few grills but reads 500f +

Worked great for first few grills, now it constantly read like 555 degrees. Support page say contact local support team... Uh who the heck is that. Under Weber Parts, can't find new probe.less than 6 months old, waste of money

Very unreliable Bluetooth connection

Connectivity is terrible. If you get more than 25 feet away, or go inside, the connection is lost. The error is "Connected. Unable to pair" (which is senseless).

Regretful Purchase

My current thermometer that is attached to the smoker has always been unreliable. For New Years, I decided to do a long smoke of a Prime Rib. Since a prime rib is not something I do frequently I knew there was going to be some guessing and probably some poking with a handheld thermometer. This is something I wanted to avoid. Good For What I Needed it For

This is a very handy tool. If you don't want to load another app on your phone then it's not for you. I wish it had an indicator gauge on it. It's also china made which was a bit disappointing. It worked great for what I needed it for. So, buy it, download the app, connect the iGrill and your ready to go. Watch your fingers when using the app or you will end up in a place you don't want to be.

AT LEAST I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE

THREW IT AWAY LAST YEAR, GOT IT OUT OF BAR B QUE BOX THIS YEAR AND TRIED AGAIN, NEW BATTERY, RELOAD APP. ON CELL PHONE STILL WOULD NOT CONNECT, THIS TIME IN WENT INTO THE GARBAGE CAN, WILL NOT BE HERE NEXT YEAR, NOR WILL ANY THERMOMETER THAT REQUIRES A CELL PHONE.

Poor battery life, short liftime overall

My Son purchased this for me as a gift about a year and half ago, so I feel bad when I get it out as I am cussing at it every time and he is around. Today - basically in the garbage. Not consistent

I bought this to simplify the cooking process. It has not worked. Temp is inconsistent. Had a dinner party and wanted to impress with a nice piece of beef. The temp never moved after an hour. I re positioned and temp changed. I wasn’t confident so I also put in a digital therm only to see a temp difference of 30+ degrees. Totally ruined the evening

Thanksgiving Disaster

I purchased the original iGrill for my parents some years ago. They replaced the old unit with this thing. I had the misfortune of trying to use this during Thanksgiving. According to this device my 17lb turkey was done in 1.5 hours. I tried moving the probe, checking white and dark meat. But the iGrill Mini was terrible to operate and the graph was all but useless with a 80 degree jump in seconds. Thanksgiving turkey disaster averted

I purchased this December 2020 and have used it maybe 10 times and only in the oven. I've replaced the battery once. Thanksgiving day it decides to go haywire. I would get an accurate reading at first, 45 degrees in my raw turkey. Then 5 minutes the app starts beeping wildly saying my meat is over temperature at is at 538 degrees!
