Would RecommendDon’t scrape the grates. Rub it down with a rag to clean off. Maybe a little veg oil on the rags. It’ll last a long time this way…

Grates are great!
Would RecommendGrates hold up fairly well. Had them for 5 years before needing replacement. We have grill outside but covered all year long. We use the grill approx 5-6 times a month on average. More in summer, little less in winter.
