Would RecommendI ordered the new ceramic coated grates for my Q300, and although pricey, I LOVE THEM!! Easy to clean, food doesnt stick, and no rust!! After being in the shed for a year without grates, the grill has a new life. Well worth the money!

Great Product-Poor Customer Service/Communication
Would RecommendWhile the grills are great, the shipment was delayed quite a bit - which is understandable - HOWEVER - several emails, and online contact forms submitted to request status went unanswered. Communication was non existential - and for a company with such a reputation behind its brand - you all should be ashamed.

Warming rack does not fit replacement rack
Would Not RecommendAlthough the plate fits the grill, the plate does not fit the warming rack that came with Weber grill. As such, it should not be advertised as a perfect replacement. Extremely disappointed. Spent way too much on an overpriced, not true, “replacement.” Don’t see myself buying another Weber part or grill when this fails. See photo below how the warming rack does not fit into any slots in the grill plate

Nice that replacements fit old grills
This was a long-overdue replacement to the cast iron grate that could no longer be cleaned. Fit perfectly. They have updated the cast-iron with a coating that I hope lasts and cleans well.

Would RecommendThese are exactly the same as the original grill plates, so the surface is as good as new. We got about 4 years from the prior set before one began to significantly disintegrate.
