What Customers Are Saying

The replacement grates are generally well-received, with many finding them to be an effective and long-lasting solution. Key positives include the grates being an improvement over the original, easy to clean and maintain, and lasting for many years. However, some customers report issues with rusting or deterioration over time, and a few mention the grates can be a tight or imperfect fit. Overall, the grates can significantly extend the life of a grill, but their long-term durability may vary.

Great cooking grates

Would Recommend

Instead of replacing the whole grill, I just replace these cooking grates every so often and my grill is again new. I do that along with a new burner tubes kit. I've had my Q300 for 11 years and it's perfect.

Great quality

My original grates lasted 10 years of regular use. I’m excited for 10 more years from this new set.

Ceramic coated grates for the Q grill

Would Recommend

The old ceramic coated grates have lasted for years, but it was time to get a new set with all of the wear and tear. They are so easy to clean and maintain. However, I would inform your service dept to stop suggesting that they be cleaned with a stiff brass brush ...that simply scratches and ruins the ceramic coating! I use a wooden fork and a stiff plastic brush instead.
