I bought this grill less than a week ago and it arrived with tape all over it and when you pull the tape off the tape residue is still on like the stainless part of the grill. Not sure how to remove that without damaging it.

works well but the app would benefit additional features like temperature graphs. Would also benefit of wireless probes to use with a rotissery. Priced on the high side for the type of product.

Serious junk

Would Not Recommend

Just received this device from Weber (ordered from my old account by mistake). After fully charging it a software update was available and that download and install was successful. It connected to Bluetooth immediately but never to wifi and I was 10 feet from the router. Additionally the registration step wouldn’t complete either. Simply a waste of time and money.

Would Recommend

At first, I bought a lesser (cheaper) wireless probe only to discover it would give temperatures 30 degrees off of what the actual temps. were. I sent it back and then bought one of these Weber Smart Grill probe\wireless connect devices. The BEST decision I made. I highly recommend this product!

Battery life is awful!!

Would Not Recommend

I charged the unit for 2 days before the first use. I’m running 3 probs and just over 1.5 hrs it is at 70%. Even after pulling it off the charger it went from 100% to 95% in just 5 mins.

Not worth the price point. Mini works better

Would Not Recommend

Wanted to upgrade from my iGrill mini. Overall not very satisfied given the price point. UI not very intuitive (and different app from iGrill for some reason). Won't charge all the way to 100 (gets stuck at 95 no matter how long left on charger). Won't notify my device when done, or give a warning when temp is close. No watch app (even though the cheaper version has one?!). Stick to the cheap mini it works just fine.

Love the Device, but limited recipes / features.

Would Recommend

Device works well, but for the price I would like to see more recipes and useful features such as Apple Watch support, iPhone widgets to show cooking temps, and graphs to review cooks. I think is a great product with lots of potential, but need more work for the price.
