What Customers Are Saying
The Weber igniter kit is generally well-received, with most customers finding it easy to install and effective in restoring their older grills to full working order. The replacement part is reported to fit well, and the grill starts up easily after installation. However, some customers have experienced issues with the igniter components rusting or deteriorating over time, requiring periodic replacement. Overall, the igniter kit is considered a reliable and straightforward solution for reviving older Weber grills, though users should expect to replace it every 5-6 years with frequent grilling.

Would RecommendThis is the proper igniter box but mine is wired to the battery switch not this thumb activated. I’m just letting it hang below my top where I can reach it and I guess I’ll just do away with the battery activated switch since you don’t seem to understand the way mine is set up. The igniter box should be wired to a battery activating switch
