Great but finicky

I have used my Flex 590 for several projects, ranging from deck staining to professional canoe refinishing to exterior house painting with a very thick water-based paint. It worked well for the deck staining and house painting, but not for the canoe refinishing. After several months since the last use, the nozzle just broke-for no apparent reason. short longevity

This is my second Wagner paint sprayer. The first one of 15 years ago lasted 12 years. I bought the 590, used it for 4 jobs,about 20 hours, and it is dead. Very disappointed.

Junk, do not buy!

Worked great out of the box. After a THOROUGH cleaning, next time globs of paint spew out, another complete disassemble and cleaning, same thing. It is literally impossible to clean this thing as if it is brand new out-of-the-box, that is the only way it works well. Into the dumpster.

what a piece of junk used it twice and stopped working in the middle of a job and it wont turn on anymore.

Leaks and just doesn't turn on

I've had this for about 3 years now, and I've used it only a handful of times because it's terrible. It's a complete waste of money. It leaks terribly and will spray for 5 minutes then completely shut off. I tried trouble shooting but just ended up wasting paint, time and energy. It's going in the trash. I'll never buy another Wagner product because they would likely be as useless as this after the first use.

disappointing!

I bought Flexio 590 four months ago in Russia. It worked fine until some paint got into the motor. I don't know why it happened for I followed your manual. Your authorized distributor replied that this is not a warranty case. And I can't repair this engine even for money as you don't supply this motor to Russia. Turns out it's a one-shot sprayer.

Great Product

I have had this sprayer for several years and it is still working great. It's took a little time to learn how to use the sprayer. I have painted the exterior of a moblie home less that 1/2 a day using this. I have stained a fence over 600 ft with oil base stain. This product is as good as the operator wants to be. I have purchased several differnent types of sprayers and for my projects today and in the future, this is the one.

Big Regrets

I used this once and loved it for about 15 minutes. After that it sputtered, or did nothing. I cleaned it and added a little water to my paint. It worked a bit better for a couple of minutes then back to barely spitting. Cleaned it and put it away. Tried again the next day and same results...useless. Very disappointed.

Three years old and still working fine!

I bought this sprayer three years ago to paint the bare T-111 siding on my garage addition. Figured it might only be good for one job, but for the price I gave it a shot. By following the great instructions I was able to clean it thoroughly. Next time I needed it the sprayer worked like new. And the time after that. Like all sprayers it doesn’t tolerate being put away dirty, but take care of it and this little workhorse will last years

splattering

Bought this gun a year ago to paint a garage and a house. Got the garage done, now workingon the house and can't get the gun to work. It splatters after about 5to10 minutes of spraying. I clean the nozzle and start again. Now it won't work at all. Sorry I bought this gun.

Flexio 590 junk japan turbine

I have the previous version what a wasted purchase. 3rd time using it since purchased stupid turbine started sparking and burnt out and now sounds like a jet turbine about to catch fire. this is what i get for my hard earned money. i have a even older wagner 13 yrs old. still working just had to get a new atomizer. i sprayed over 100 projects with it. this thing i do 3 metal front doors and its broke. pathetic. Its out of warranty and im sure wagner will careless as there is another mislead cust...

Needed to spray some polycrylic on a dresser I built, worked fantasticly.

Great item !

I bought this item a week ago and my region is Korea we are using 220 voltage,I thought this item is free voltage so I used transformer After 5 minutes inside of motor burned; I want to buy same item again, just wonder you have 220 voltage type for this item.

waste of money

I bought the sprayer not quite a year ago. Used it to paint one bedroom and it actually worked pretty well but needs cleaning constantly. Started second bedroom and motor is giving out and sounding like a grinder. I guess you get what you pay for...don't pay for this.

Worked like a charm

The only experience I had was with a "way old" Wagner that made a lot of noise and somewhat of a pain. Well let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised with the Wagner 790 that I purchased this morning to paint a steel end dump trailer with an oil base automotive paint. Terrible sprayer

I received this sprayer as a Christmas present and only used once to spray paint a fence. After about the fourth time of refilling the container the sprayer sounded like a grinder and started to smoke. Unfortunately for me it was over a year old and whatever warranty it had was over. So I took it apart thinking I might be able to fix it if it were broken or used up it’s brushes. Well the motor is a sealed unit and there is no way of fixing it. Splatters Paint Everywhere

This thing ruins every project. It splatters paint from the sides of the jet no matter what you do to clean it. In my personal opinion tthis product is junk.

BEST SPRAYER EVER

This sprayer is not only cheap enough for the regular Home owner it also does a great job. Spays unthinned latex paint like it’s nothing. I sprayed a gallon of paint in about 1 1/2 hours painting lattice under porches. Little to no overspray and very controllable spray patterns. Great Sprayer, Worth the Cost

I read the reviews on here before purchasing and the item has so far lived up to our expectations. We have used it so far with very thick water based primer and regular latex wall paint. I will admit with the thick primer, we had to turn the air up all the way and open the flow all the way, but it still worked fine for the most part. If i had to do it again, i would thin the primer just a little. Follow the directions and you will be fine, would reccommend thinning excesively thick paint or prim...

Deceptive warranty

The warranty says "if you dont agree its faster and does a great job return it for full refund" But the small print says "unit must be unused". How the heck can you evaluate its performance if you can't use it? It's a bogus warranty.
