The Best! Our most versatile knife.
It is nice to own the best! Although we have had these knives only a short time, we are completely satisfied with the incredible sharpness, the balance and general feel of the blades. We anticipate slicing through both raw and cooked meat, knowing that the cuts will be true and easy. We plan to add specialty knives to an already complete set.

I've used the 6" Chef's knife for 20+ years and it was time to upgrade to the 8" with the blue handle as a treat. The knife is exceptional. 8” chef knife
I have 6” and 4” chef knives that I purchased ages ago. The 6” handle is cracked so I wanted to get a new one. Decided on 2. I have used these knives for about 30 years, bought both my children sets with block. We all love them. A quality product that’s makes slicing, dicing and cutting easier and safer.

Disappointed
I recently received my replacement 8" chefs knife and have to say that I am somewhat disappointed. You see maybe I am spoiled, but I have come to expect the highest of quality and craftsmanship in your products. My disappointment is that (I think) quality control missed it, or so I hope. You see the tang where it meets the handle has a ridge ,maybe someone missed it. It is not much of a ridge but it is noticeable and somewhat irritating when you are holding it.
