Excellent quality and feel. This is my second 8” chef’s knife. My first powered through daily use for 12 years. The handles on my first started to crack, but I was given a replacement by Wusthof.

I have had my 8" chefs knife for many years Holds an edge for a long time I just touch it up with a steel. Only draw back is the synthetic handle has been breaking apart piece by piece I'm thinking of making a new handle from some walnut

Broken Knife
We love our Wusthof knife set we purchased 15 years ago but when we added another chefs knife 5 years ago we weren’t expecting it to break when dropped… makes us wonder if it is a fluke or if the quality has gone down overtime. Would post a picture but it isn’t a possible part of this review process for some reason.
