Doesn't Work!

I set it up as per the instructions. The next morning the green light was blinking to indicate a catch. I was extremely disappointed when I opened it up and all that was there was a mouse dropping.

Did not work

Every time I set the bait, I found the green light flashing within a few hours. False alarms. I used a light "toothpick" of peanut butter on the back wall as I read the previous reviews and responses. Very disappointed opening the box each time to find it empty. Smart mouse or the voltage isn't strong enough for this one.

Not sure if it works or not

Bought it and set it up 3 weeks ago or so. Haven’t caught a mouse yet. From what I read it’s suppose to blink when you get one. It has been blinking a few times w no mouse. I just turn it off then back on. Will see if I catch anything, who knows

Works well

This does the job in a more humane way than your typical trap. You just want to keep fresh batteries in it so it works instantly.

Don’t waste your money!!!

We set six of these last night. One box was blinking this morning, so we opened it up & nothing was there AND the mouse stole the peanutbutter and then exited the trap alive!!! We will be returning all if them our next trip to the store!!!

Nifty and clean

I bought 2 as we been having more problems then usual because of a drought. I put one by my garage door track and another one by my grill in a covered patio. (Yes it cannot get wet) It has zapped 8 mice in 3 days, just open the lid dump it in the outside garbage, add peanut butter if necessary. The green led flashes if you have zapped one, so no need to constantly check. Side note, it did attract 2 big bugs who come out at night, but it zapped them also. Good for inside the home use

I really wanted to use this to get rid of chipmunks outside my home, but insects (ants) quickly steal the bait. Inside the house, it appears to work well. Caught one mouse and it was easy to remove the mouse and rebait it. Recommended.

ZAAAAP!

This is a less messy option on getting rid of mice! Open the top and dump the rodent in the trash. The only minor design flaw I see is that the holes at the bait end need to be small enough to give them a scent but not let them lick most of the peanut butter from the outside.

No Mouse's yet?

As soon as I received the electronic mousetrap I fired it up and stuck it outside. Didn't place the trap in the house because we haven't seen a mouse in the house probably only once in 34 years we have lived in it. Anyway I place it under an overhang to protect it from rain, but in a spot that had boxes and plastic containers and such. I figured that this would be a great area to hide if I were the mouse. Zap

Gross but it works. Much more humane than glue traps and safer for other pets than snap traps. We use it in the chicken coop. Highly recommend

Electronic mouse trap

It's kind of cool looking in a morbid sort of way. The floor inside is made of two metal plates that when the mouse steps onto them it gets electrocuted, sort of like a mini electric chair. I'm not sure if it actually works or not as our house is very clean and we almost never get mice. I rate this at 3 pending if it works as it says. dead rodent!

I live in a converted barn and my Jack Russell terrier can't catch all of the mice and rats. I like this product because it does not contain harmful chemicals that may be ingested by my dog. It was easy to open and dump the body. In the first month, it killed one mouse. I loaded little box with peanut butter as suggested and got a mouse within three days. Electronic mouse zapper works !!

Was a little leery about this product at 1st but it caught and zapped a mouse the 2nd day I had it. If you have mouse issues and don't want to deal with the clean up, this product is for you.

The Mouse Zapper Electronic Mouse Trap worked great. I like how you never touch anything and easy disposing of the rodent and you still get multiple use. Would highly recommend this device.

No hot feet for the mouse

I was really excited to receive this electronic mouse zapper after reading such glowing reviews. I am in envy of those who's mouse trap worked....mine did not. Four brand new, fresh double A Energizer batteries were installed, peanut butter was applied to the end wall of the trap. I made sure that it did not touch the metal plates. Dead on arrival

Product would not power up. I purchased two sets of batteries and still nothing. The idea is good but I had no way of testing out this item. The only change I would make is to make the unit water resistant, so that it can be placed outdoors.

Super easy to use. Straight forward design. The key is having the proper bait.

Hopefully mice are no longer in my garage

I put this trap in my garage, where I had had a mouse which died a lingering death due to dehydrating poison from an exterminator. I wanted to try this more humane, safer alternative. Be careful of "by catch"

I believe that by catch refer's to when turtles are cought in shrimp nets or unwanted species are caught in traps. I followed the directions and spread peanut butter on the rear wall and set this trap. The next morning the light was blinking!.
