Terrible. Wanted to remove some old stain and restain. Had to throw this in the trash and just sand through it. Doesnt do anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Super nice

Easy to use and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this product on our deck. It was easy to use and the odor was not overwhelming. It allowed us to prepare the wood work surface efficiently and effectively.

Easy application = less work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this wood stripper on our back deck. These stair previous owners painted the deck olive green and the paint was chipping up. We applied the solution and then pressure washed the whole deck. Applying this stripper made this job much easier. Thankfully the deck was never prepped to begin with so the paint flaked right off when pressure washing thanks to the combination of this solution.

Quick and convenient for diy projects

Makes deck prep easy!

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Valspar fast acting wood stripper works great. The Application process was pretty simple and easy. It does what its supposed to do. All around it's a great product.

Easy to use and works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently used this wood stripper on my outdoor fence in my backyard. After a few years, the staining on the fence needed to be stripped away and redone. This product removed the old staining without damaging the wood. It was easy to use and apply. It does have a strong odor in my opinion so if you are going to use it be sure to wear personal protective gear, especially in closed or not well ventilated spaces.

Makes work easy

Had surgery so had to take it easy for a while, so took some time to be able to try it out. Ended up stripping a 1950's table and chalk painting it. Used the products I received and made it easy peasy.

Doesn’t do much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used in combination with the Vasper All-in-One prep and followed the directions and left it on for 15 min and then scrubbed and it didn’t do much. Went in for a second round and was able to scrub more off after but I wouldn’t recommend. There are other products that are more effective for half the amount of effort.

It worked great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked great for removing old paint quickly and easily. The smell was a bit strong, but with some fresh air, it wasn’t too bad. I felt comfortable using it, and it worked well on different types of wood surfaces.

Ready to use

Wood stripper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I may have misused this product as results did not come out up to par. Mine was patchy and it was hard to get the wood to strip off old paint but it may have been the tools that I was using or operator error.

Easy to use, simple directions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wood stripper s so easy to use and directions are easy to follow. I only had to apply it once and left ok for 15 minutes, per directions, but you may have to apply more than once. You can see the stain coming off easily when I sprayed with water. Better than having to sand it because this gets in all the crevices and hard to reach spots

I liked that it was easy to apply and had no unpleasant odor while using the product. Just use gloves and glasses for safety reasons . Clean up was super easy.

Great product for a range of projects.

I would purchase again. Versatile for a range of projects. It’s safe yet very effective. Short application time.

Great product
