Can you love a faucet? YES!

Vigo really saved my kitchen renovation. Holes for faucet were too close to the sink. With Gramercy's reach, the water lands in the right place and not all over the room. love the stainless steel and the beautiful simplicity of Vigo's products. Last but not least, the heavy stainless pull down faucet. It's great and so unlike the light plastic spouts on most faucets So. yes, I'm in love.

Sleek design

I bought my faucet a few months ago and it has now been installed and working for a month. I love it so far. The appearance of it was exactly what the picture on the site showed which is always helpful. It was easy to install and directions were clear.

Surprising surprised

I never thought Id ever purchase a faucet online, but i wanted a black one and the big box stores did not carry them. After searching the internet I found the VIGO black faucet was exactly what I wanted and the price was excellent. I love it. And it looks great in my new kitchen. Get lots of compliments too.

No sprayer

I like the faucet but did not realize I was ordering one that didn’t have a sprayer which I miss.

Fantastic quality

Fantastic faucet - just wish the pull down had a sprayer function. It does not change stream and that’s the only negative. Otherwise it’s amazing and looks so sleek!

Very sleek and looks great

Straight forward install and looks good. Only issue is the cartridge seems to leak a bit when u shut off the tap. I have taken it out and washed in warm water as suggested in trouble shooting. Can u send me a call replacement cartridge?

Beautiful, Quality, However Makes A Noise When I Pull Out the Faucet

Cons: The hose provided in the box wasn't long enough to install the faucet. Another hose needed to be purchased for install. Also, when I pull out the faucet, I can hear the counter weight smack against something. It is annoying. This was a common complaint I also read before purchasing this faucet. Pros: The finish looks nice and it feels like a quality product that will last for years. The price was good. Overall, we are pleased. Guests have commented on how they like the faucet. :)

Very sleek and functionall1

I bought this a month before I was ready to have it installed, It was easy to install. Hardest part was getting the old faucet off. So, really only been useing it about 3 weeks. So far no problems. It was boxed extremely well, like fine porcelain that might break.

Looks Great!

I love the look of this faucet! The style is nice but it does not have a Spray function. I didn't realize No Spray but Only a Pull Down. Works nice and Looks Great! I will deal with No Sprayer. My fault because I should have checked into details. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is this faucet has no spray function.

great design

I bought this product on ebay with some sceptism, I received the package a few days later....loved the presentation and loved the finish product. I installed it with no problem and has been working perfectly for a couple of months now. I would greatly recommend this product.

Love the height!

I am happy I bought the higher faucet. I can clean pans easily. So far the function of it is great, no issues yet. I've only had it installed a month now.

I am very satisfied with my black Vigo faucet. It is built like a tank yet has a simple, sleek industrial style. All functions are reliable, smooth and intuitive. Pull-out hose has enough length and strength to reach entire sink area and provides a consistent, smooth water flow. The handle is very responsive and temperature adjustments are right on the money. Sleek and simple

I purchase this about a month ago. My son came this weekend to install for me. I love the look. It also match my new sink. Very elegant looking. The pull down is very hard to use. Thats the rease i rated the item 4 instead of 5. I would recommend to anyone that wants elegant looking faucet.

Extremely well-made and beautiful

I was so surprised at how heavy, well-made, and beautiful this faucet is. There is so much attention to detail in the way it is made. The finish is beautiful and does not show water stains at all, which is surprising for anything with a black matte finish. We have had it for about a month and it looks like it did the day we installed it. Great Facuet

I bought this faucet a couple of weeks ago and I have say I really love it. Sleek Design and ease of installation. Opening the valve feels strong and sturdy. The only downside (more for my wife than myself) is that it doesn't have a sprayer mode. My only concern is that the pull down nozzle is only held in place by 2 O-rings, which I foresee wearing out in the future.

Just amazingly graceful

I bought this a month ago saw some bad reviews but decided to take a chance and try it out for myself since i really loved the look .. and boy was i right it looks feels and works amazing sleek and classy . Water flow is perfect and goes perfectly with my new counters so i 100% reccomend this product and now a fan of vigo products

I bought this fixture and few months ago and have not been disappointed with it like so many other online products I have purchased.
