Beautiful fluid design

Extremely easy to install and beautifully made with a lot of heft. Design is sleek and modern and feels luxurious. The hose and water nozzle feature works perfect for us since our sink is rather shallow. I find sprayers work well with deep sinks since they tend to splash everywhere.

Sleek and Stylish

I am very happy my my Vigo faucet. It works well, looks sleek, stylish and modern and is a perfect match to my sink. The only drawback is the lack of a sprayer but the pull down feature works very well. Loving it!

Durable design

We installed it a few months ago and the instructions were pretty straight forward. It is definitely a durable design, very sleek, and it handled great (study) when pulling the faucet and handle from any direction. Our only wish was that the faucet reach was just increased a little bit further to the centre of our sink.

Nice looking but has a flaw.

Quality is good so far. My only reason not giving a 5 star review is due to the neck as it sits on the body. It is too lose unless you tighten the allen nut but then it will not swivel from sink to sink. When pulling out the faucet head you have to hold the neck in place. Should be more sturdy unless I am missing or doing something wrong. Would appreciate feedback if available.

Beautiful and functional

We bought this a little less than a month ago. Our previous one broke and we wanted a good replacement. After much research, we found the perfect one which was within our budget and required quality. Definitely a great upgrade to the previous one. Great build quality and finish. And it was easy to install too. Did it ourselves!

This is a beautiful faucet!

We installed this faucet about ten days ago. I’m super happy with it. It works beautifully and is exactly the right height. It’s also the perfect gold color.

It looks amazing in my newly remodeled kitchen- very expensive look. My only wish is that it had a spray feature. Otherwise I love it and highly recommend it.

Love the sleek modern look

This is a beautiful black modern faucet with a nice pull down. I like the fact that it doesn’t have a “spray” option because that usually means water spray everywhere so that to me is a benefit. It looks and goes great with my stainless apron sink.

Solid faucet

Bought a matte black Gramercy Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet 2 years ago; love it - highly functional and classy looking; just bought another one for another kitchen!

Sleek design, easy to scratch

The design is sleek and what I wanted, however it was easily very scratched by the floor when I was installing it.

Love the look

I've had this faucet installed for a few days now and i love the look and feel of faucet. Its all metal, swivels, and looks just right in my kitchen. I gave it four stars because of the lack of "spray" function.

Modern Design and Great Functionality!

We installed the Gramercy sink in our custom designed, penthouse condo in East Boston. The matte black finish, great functionality and modern design is exactly what our clients wanted and helps the kitchen pop!

Tap is sleek and stylish. pull down function is great. Would be nice to have a spray function though.

It’s a decent goose neck but the weight it to light to retract the pull down automatically

Perfect for our need--our application

Vigo presents an impressive product--packaging and instructions indicate thought and professionalism. We chose this faucet for its dimensions--we needed a taller faucet with a more vertical stream. Our old faucet angled too much toward the outside lip of the sink. We are more than pleased! Looks good

I have 2 different VIGO faucet models. The water pressure isn't great. I am on town water and my other faucet have better pressure. My other VIGO faucet is already cracked and leaking.

Misleading Pull Down

Thought the pull down sprayer would spray but it just runs plain water and it doesn’t fit back into the faucet after you pull it out without using two hands. Poorly designed but looks good.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Bought one one month ago and love it so much that i bought a second one! The look is ultra modern and simple.
