Can never have enough
Would RecommendI love this type of cord. I can never have too many or enough of them. I can't tell you how many times I've been working on a job and needed to plug in a tool for just a minute or two and been faced with having to unplug something else. That often slows everything down because someone has to pause what they're doing till I'm finished and can give back the receptacle. With this handy "Power Block" cord you get three outlets safely shared across three receptacles using AWG 12 gauge cable which...
Expand instead of switch
Would RecommendThis is what you need if you’re tired of switching cords between tools. The plug lights up so you know there is power and you can find it even in the dark.
Heavy Duty Cord
Would RecommendThis is definitely heavy duty. The cord is 12 gauge, so it can handle 20 amps, although the plug and receptacles are only rated for 15 amps. This seems to be well constructed and durable. I do video production, so I'm often running a somewhat larger load since my light kit uses quartz halogen fixtures. I powered 1,650 watts for close to an hour and didn't notice any heat build-up in this adapter. I am really happy with this for lighting and for running any of my power tools. I consider this a go...
Outdoor extension extra ordinary
Would RecommendA very solid outdoor piece providing three more lines for those future Christmas decorations which need more power as the need for power continues to grow.
A heavy-duty extension cord
Would Not RecommendThe description for this item describes it as "Heavy Duty Locking Extension Cord". It is rated for 15Amp service and is 12/3 wire with a safety yellow insulated wire about 1/2" in diameter (this large diameter makes it very stiff). It has a standard NEMA 5-15 3-prong plug and a 3-wide receptacle - there is NO LOCKING feature. Reviewing the packaging that came with it doesn't mention LOCKING. It does have a power indicator light in the receptacle end that indicates when the cord is plugged in...
Job site splitter
Would RecommendVery useful when working with few outlets for your tools. The wire is rated for a full 15 amps. Nice feature, it has a light in the outlet end when live. Do not use in wet conditions. The ability to use three different electric tools without having to unplug and plug in next tool makes this a real time saver. Hard plastic covering the outlets so it will withstand accidentally stepping on it.
