Hard to program, awful instructions, can't see

Would Not Recommend

I absolutely hate this thing. It is hard to program, the instructions are difficult to follow, and the readout on the display screen is so tiny I can't read it even with my glasses on. My professional holiday lighting installers use this and every year I have to get them to come back and reprogram the unit. It will come on/go off at random times despite the setting and is a complicated mess to operate. It's been replaced once due to malfunction. I"m going to ask them if I can provide my own timer...

Defective out of the box

Would Not Recommend

You may ask yourself...Why is this $1.04? The answer is as obvious as communism. It was designed to fail. The display has missing digits and if by some miracle you program the time, it won’t stay programmed. Don’t waste your time on this...or communism.

I really like this timer!

Would Recommend

I have had it for several years and everyday it turns a fan on and off in a greenhouse. I have it in the vertical position and about five feet off the ground (as instructions say) and surrounded by a plastic bag (because it can be wet in the greenhouse). Works great! A little tough to program but with patience I got it to do what I want it to. A great buy!!
