I bought this to use under my cabinets. Wanted to emphasize the back splash I just installed which is white. Although this light strip has multiple colors, I only needed the white. Would Recommend.....to use outdoors in my Florida screen room. I mounted it using plastic vinyl siding clips that are normally used to mount Christmas lights. This LED light strip is rated for outdoor use and the entire job took me 1 hour to complete. Would Not RecommendI purchased 2 of these after reading all the feedback on the Lowe’s website. Clearly and numerous times it states these lights are able to be cut to desired length. Included instructions mentioned nothing about cut locations on the strip. I started a chat with Lowe’s online and he tell me they are not able to be cut to length. Consider alternative mounting options
Would RecommendLights work well and provide several display options including multiple colors, fade, flash, and strobe effects. The mounting brackets leave much to be desired. They are rubber and easily pull off the mounting screws. In addition the instructions indicated there should have been 16 but I only received 8.

Utilitech LED under cabinet lights
Would RecommendI love the lights! They work great but I wish they had self stick tape on them. It would have been easier than buying the double sided sticky tape, adding to the back of the lights and then sticking to the cabinets. The included brackets would not have been enough to hold the lights in place.

Would RecommendMy wife and I donated these lights to the Elementary school where she teaches for a knighting ceremony. We lined the edges of the windows with these lights. The install was super easy and the remote controls worked perfectly. The lights definitely added to the success on the first day of school. Worth every penny!

Would Not RecommendThers no adheasive backing on it. It isnt cuttable to length, so unless you need exactly 16.4” you have to figure out what to do with the extra. The plug has a massive screw on connector so youll need to cut almost a 3/4” hole through your cabinets to run the power cord. Ridiculously over priced for what you get. Extremely dissappointed.
