A Budget Minded Alternative Metal Roof Choice
Would RecommendFor an economical metal roof over one of my rental mobile homes, this item fit the bill and budget quite nicely. The lifespan of the metal is still unknown and at a thin 29 gauge, it feels pretty flimsy. I built a roof system over a 50 year old mobile home that had developed multiple leaks and had multiple repairs over the past decade. If I get 8-10 more years with my current tenant, it will have served it's purpose.

Would RecommendIf you want easy thin metal to work with, this is it. The alternating patterns make it simple to lay… However it is the thinnest metal I’ve ever seen.
