Rusted through

These panels were used to make a free standing carport roof. Panels were fairly easy to handle and install. Fourteen months later I now have a fist size hole that is from rusting through. This is not at a screw penetration point.

This item and multiple other building materials I purchased from Lowe's in the last week. I was supported by 2 main Lowes employees. Jazmine ( Internet sales ) and Joseph( building materials) Both of these Lowes employees deserve a raise and promotion!! They exemplified teamwork, customer service and order completion. Panels are not consistent.

When trying to overlap length ways the panels did not line up.

Missing parts and the order was wrong

The worst thing is because until the day before they supposedly delivered the the order was incomplete and they took me the 12 foot 23 aluminum plates and completed them with 8 foot without notifying me but they did charge for the entire order and unfortunately due to the poor work of some it remains The Lowes company is frowned upon and I went to the store and still the purchase was incomplete which is missing 34 parts of the item I ordered.
