Would RecommendI was thankful that of the seven or so boxes of snow roof racks, one was open on a flat display revealing that the whole package of hardware was missing! After searching the other beat up boxes, I found one with all the hardware. ( customer service was very helpful taping the hardware to the handle, to ensure that everything made it home safely.
