Good product
Would RecommendGave 4 stars because we've only used it once, the straight shaft is something you have to get used to, but it starts up very easily, isn't too heavy, and cuts great through high wet grass. Great deal if you're looking for something not too expensive but still want quality.

Not impressed
Would Not RecommendThe old saying is You get what you pay for. This is a cheap version of a straight shaft weed eater. This weed eater might be OK if you only use it once a week or so but it is advertised as a commercial weed eater. I was unimpressed from the time I took it out of the box. It vibrated more than normal. The head flew off and seemed to explode. Parts went everywhere. I tried to take it back after that but I was out of the return window at Lowes. I should have spent another $100 and bought a Stihl.

Powerful trimmer
Would RecommendThis is a GREAT trimmer! It starts right up & cuts weeds that are fairly thick without breaking the line. It is powerful and when letting up on the gas, the clutch disengaged so the head stops spinning without having to stop the trimmer. I love it!

Nice piece of equipment
Would RecommendWorks as expected. Started right up. Only issue is the Areo-flex blades broke first use, but was not why bought it. They were just a bonus.

Trash don't waste your money
Would Not RecommendBought this trimmer back in March after 6 months of use the trimmer stop working. Took it back to Lowe's they kept it for about a week called me and said they would fix it for $140. I declined their offer and went to Home depot and bought a Toro. Will not be buying anything else from Lowe's.

Great starter weed eater
Would RecommendGreat purchase for our first home with land to be taken care of. My husband loved it, I had a little bit of a difficult time being left handed, and the exhaust for the motor got me once or twice just because of the way I had to hold it getting used to it. The hand grip slides some and you have to adjust it every once in a while, but it works great. We cleaned a whole overgrown water ditch in one day with it
