Useful when picking a color for larger projects
Would RecommendIt did the trick, but took extra effort to get it. These sample boards a useful when trying to choose a color for larger jobs. I bought them after I set up a consultation, sponsored by Lowe's, for a deck. Two weeks later, I received a call from the Lowe's contracting desk to tell me they no longer provide these services.

Would RecommendFinished product comes out looking really nice. Just make sure you order plenty of the PVC plugs to conceal the screws ahead of time. Rope Swing is a color that sells fast and availability is sometimes difficult.

Would Not RecommendAs beautiful as this product is in the beginning, it's not worth it in the end. If you are worried about scratches and stains, yes, this product will indeed scratch and stain. Yes, there is maintenance required on this product to keep it looking nice but once you scratch it or it gets stained, you are stuck with it unless you replace it. Would RecommendI have a 1200 square foot deck that I am redoing in sections with the Trex Trancend Island Mist. Similar to other composite products I have to work with the temperature and direct sun light have an impact on the length and even the width. Once you know this you work around it and it works. Very happy with final look of this product. Our front porch is the same material and it is holding up perfectly.
