Durable lasting product that keeps its good looks
Would RecommendTrex Transcends decking and fascia are great looking products that hold up well. I have used this is large quantities with the side mount clips and 5 years later it still looks new. Color is maintained well. I would not put screws the surface, if avoidable to keep the top of the board sealed so the composite core never gets water penetration. It is a bit pricey but it is worth the cost considering the performance and the alternatives.

We made the right choice
Would RecommendI love the color of this and the look of wood grain it has. We paired it with Spiced Rum Trex picture framing around our deck and fascia. The boards are easy to clean off and are comfortable to walk on barefoot. We've gotten compliments from everyone who has seen our deck, whether in person or in photos.

Great boards
Would RecommendJust finished replacing our deck with this material. Boards are more dense and more flexible than wood. The grooves are the edges worked really well with the hidden fasteners.

Horrible purchase, still waiting on replacements
Would Not RecommendAbsolutely horrible experience. I ordered the boards and Lowe’s rescheduled my delivery 3 separate times. I had to reschedule my work and take a day off. When they did finally deliver, they dropped the pieces on the driveway and caused damage. Additionally one of the boards had bubbles on the service and was defective. Store gave me a discount and placed an order for a replacement board. Still do not have a date of delivery. Lowe’s is delaying me finishing the deck with no date in sight. Absolut...

Would RecommendThe product as far as looks, and overall quality are fine the issue that I have now and have had it twice is the width of the deck board itself. Out of ordering 30 boards and sending them back twice because the width that is specified on all of the literature is 5 1/2" and you set your deck up for that width to match the other side of a picture frame for spacing and receive deck board that are 5 3/8" wide your spacing is all thrown off. See pictures. I have even talked to Trex with their NW sale...
