where's my merchandise??? This item has not been delivered!!! Everywhere in the Lowes store's personal account the order status is "DELIVERED all", but the item is NOT all delivered. And nowhere is there a button to write that not everything has been delivered. On 1500 dollars did not bring.

I have used this exact product onto other deck projects and it worked very well so I chose to use it again for a third time on my most recent project It looks good and is very durable. It is also easy to install.

Check it out carefully and have lots of furniture

Moved to house with existing large deck that needed new top boards as the pt 1x6 's were in bad shape and planned to use the Trex grey boards to replace. Checking Trex website for info they claimed joists I had on 16" centers were fine for residential and 12" joist centers for commercial. Well it looked great until the first hot summer day and this is only in PA ,my deck looks like the ocean with all the waves in it and if any joists are not perfectly level and I mean" PERFECT" it only magnifies...

Good looking deck boards

Great looking boards. My deck was right at 20' long, thankfully I did a picture frame boarder around the edges. If I did not and I planned on using just one board across, they wouldn't have worked. The first 4-6 inches on each side of the board were warped up and were beyond saving. But I didn't need those 4-6 inches on each side, so they worked great for what I did. Did not receive order

Order was not delivered due to an alleged broken forklift that leaks fluid. Why not bring spill absorber that is sold in the store.

Nice boards, curled ends.

Nice boards, but the ends curled up prior to being installed. We had to cut maybe 18” off each end to get them to lay flat. That’s a lot of waste. Good thing we ordered enough extra to deal with the ends curling. The shorter length boards may be better.

Too hot for Texas heat!

These deck boards are awesome EXCEPT they get soooo hot. Hotter than concrete. I like to walk out on my deck barefoot but you can't with these! Even around the pool you have to wear your shoes. They install easily enough and they are always pretty to look at but boy are they Caliente!

The man who helped me load the materials was a great guy. For a hot day he was happy to perform his job fast and safely. Made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.asked If I had any questions.

DO NOT BUY - BULK PRICE $5.32 MORE PER BOARD

Bulk price per board is more $5.32 more than single board, although they claim bulk pack saves you money. I pointed out this error and they didn't care. I'm out $600 because I believed their claim.

Bowed down then up on the ends

When they are straight they are good to use and work with. The issue is that the ends are typically bowed down then up, so they dip between the last joists 16” on center. It appears to be from the factory not stacking. I had to go through many bundles to find enough pieces that were fairly straight to use. I even went to 2 different locations and the issue was the same. If you can cut about a foot off each end then the decking is straight, but at $2 a foot you shouldn’t have to.
