Epoxy repair
Would RecommendI have a sneak boat with a damaged gunwhale from a tree limb. I repaired it with 5:1 epoxy and matting. Used a filler to prevent vertical sag. Cant tell it was damaged .

5:1 Epoxy kit
This is the strongest and most consistent epoxy I have used with silica thickener, wood flour, and micro balloons additives. I can do almost anything with it.

Hard to work with on larger projects
Would Not RecommendThe epoxy works as expected but I don’t really see the value compared to more economical competitors. The containers are soft plastic below the pump so they crush easily when pumping. I get the idea of the two calibrated pumps and like it but the volume pumped with each pump is so low it takes a lot of time to get the volume of epoxy needed if you’re not working on a tiny protect. I’m also very careful to ensure I’m using the right number of pumps when mixing batches but I always run out of ha...
