The Total Gym is easy to set up, and even easier to use. It makes a workout feel almost like recreation versus exercise. The first day I used it felt more like play than work, though my muscles told me about the work a bit later. I'm very pleased with the Total Gym, and I use it nearly everyday.

Easy to use

The Toral Gym is easy to set up and start using. I began exercising with it and my muscles are definitely feeling it.

Yes, it's actually that good

I've been thinking about purchasing a Total Gym for ages, and I'm so glad I took the plunge. This is a wonderful piece of equipment! After a week, I'm already seeing results and I actually look forward to working out.

Birthday Gift to myself, 75 years young.

Love my total gym. Strengthing my back and core, plus my legs. Developed Spinal Stenosis, had a stimulator implanted in back. Had to relearn to walk and balance myself. Now into strenghing. So i can get down on floor and play with my Great Granddaughter...

I'm a Total Gym Convert

While I have not spent the time learning exactly how to use it, I am regularly trying various exercises and am definitely a big fan of the Total Gym. I guess those years of brain-washing infomercials really did the trick. ;)

Overall Awesome!!!

So versatile!! You can work on your entire body and customize how intense with a simple elevation! Love that I don’t have to leave the house, can workout in my room on my schedule and it even comes with free workout videos which are great! A++++!!!

Best Home Gym!!

We absolutely love this product. So many different exercises in one piece of equipment that can fold up and put under the bed or in a closet wen not in use. Ours is in our gym area so we always keep it setup. Highly recommended to help ensure you keep using it. I was 325 pounds and it held my weight with zero issues. Now I'm 250 and still going!

Why did I wait so long?

I love my Total Gym XLS…from the first day it was delivered (hassle free) I started using it immediately and take the time to watch videos and learn new ways to gain the best results. I have already ordered additional attachments and cannot wait to use them. Every time I finish my workout I think to myself….”why did I wait so long to get my Total Gym?” : - )

Fit my needs

Enjoying the exercises I can do with this. I didn’t want to rejoin a gym and didn’t want to use my community’s small gym. I wanted to be able to exercise on my schedule & wanted variety of exercises in one piece of equipment. This fit the bill. I had a very early version years ago but gave it away when we down sized. Decided to get this & I am very happy. This is easy to fold up and put away after daily use Even got the husband to use it!

Great bang for the buck.

We purchased our XLS Model used from a friend who was moving, in 2017. My wife and I use it 5 out of 7 days a week and have no complaints. We wore out the cable and have ordered a new one. If you just use it, then you will benefit from its low impact design. And it doesn't take up much space. We highly recommend this. Thanks Chuck and Christy. JZ

not happy

we received our total gym last week. we had the original some years back and loved it and wore it out. so we decided to give a new one a try...to our disappointment the bed is very short compared to the original ....i also have to worn everyone TIE YOUR HAIR UP! my hair is not lng at all but ive had it caught twice in the wheel. i literally had pull my hair out of the wheel...

Im 49 and love my total gym. It’s enjoyable for me and my wife.

Ease of use

The Total Gym really is a great tool for our workouts. First time was a little strenuous but after our third session our strength was more up to par. Like that it is so easy to adjust in between sets.
