Would Not RecommendThe mower is fine now. The mower got here and it was filthy, there were multiple loose nuts and bolts., and the battery was absolutely dead. I spent approximately 1.5 hours going over the machine checking all nuts and bolts. I was able to charge the battery. It’s obvious that they grabbed it from the front of the store and delivered it. I really don’t think I’ll go back to Lowe’s

Would Not RecommendDrive belt broke after 2 mows. Very hard to get it resolved with Lowes as they can only pick up the mower and send it away for repair without knowing an ETA for getting it back.

My wife and I bought a Toro zero-turn lawn mower at the Lowe's at franklin square. When we went to pick it up I wondered why they didn't ride it and put it on the utility trailer. When we got back home it would not crank. after working on it we discovered it had a blown fuse. Then while looking to see why it would not crank we discovered grass all under it so it had ben used so we thought we were buying a new mower and it was used.

The first lawn mower showed up with a dead battery. Had a second mower delivered that needed to be charged. Set me back a week and had to get someone out to cut the lawn in the meantime. Apparently this is a wider issue with toro mowers.
