If I could give it NO stars I would.
Issues when purchased
When i picked up my mower all the tires were extremely low and needed air. The employees had to get a battery jumper to start the mower due to the battery being dead. I still have to jump start the mower.
Good Zero Turn
I looked at others and wanted something above the Craftsman and John Deer's but not too expensive like a Exmark or Scag commercial types. I was upgraded to the 22 HP V Twin at no extra charge as they didn't have any of the 15.5 HP in stock at the time. It was delivered a little dusty as it has probably been sitting somewhere for months. However, it started right up after we put some gas in it and found where the safety pins were. It cuts well and uses significantly less gas than did my 48 inch w...

Free assembly for a reason.
Let me start by saying the machine by itself is not a problem. The free assembly however is poor quality. They clearly don't check if the motion control levers are properly calibrated. Mine has about 20% more power on the right lever than the left at max throttle. The machine was almost certainly on display outside of the store for a time as well. There are multiple points of rust on the engine, control lever and the rest of the mower body. Other than those issues I recommend the mower. Just not...
Belt
I love the mower but disappointed because I had to speed 60 dollars and replace a belt after the third time I mowed. Place the are know discount to 2799 and I had to pay more just three weeks ago.
We're glad you love the mower, and we are sorry to hear about the early belt issue and the price drop. While Lowe's manages its own promotion... Read More

Toro 42 inch time cutter
My Toro was delivered today,on a palet, was told by the delivery man that he only delivers, not unloads from palet. I cut the lashing straps and was able to back the machine off the palet. The Toro timecutter works well.
We are glad to hear your TimeCutter functions well, though we are sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced. We have documented the e... Read More

Great mower. Cuts beautifully
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this zero turn mower. Cuts my lawn efficiently and clean cut. One downside. Reverse mowing is very slow and somewhat hard to naneuver
