Severly Disappointed Disabled Vet.

Lowes delivered a mower that wouldnt start, hold a charge, turn, parts were falling off and it would not stay running. When contacting them after delivery its been 4 days and they still havent contacted us about replacing it or picking it up. Severely Disappointed Disabled Vet.

Beware of third party delivery people

The Toro mower delivered to us had rust in numerous places even though we were told it would be unboxed before delivery. We’re still waiting for a refund more than one week after it was picked up because the delivery company didn’t follow protocol. Lowe’s hasn’t been able to locate the mower although they have proof it was picked up and refuse a refund until the mower is located.

Solid mower with 42 inch cut!

Great mower. Curs my half acre in less than 20 minutes. No more sweating in the hot sun with a push mower!

Also missing parts. Check your mower over closely

The drivers dropped it and ran . Not one item from the checklist was gone over. Luckily I had a previous ztr mower.

Not 1 but 2 delivered and I was happy liked the looks and easy features but neither would start and would lock up so they could not be loaded up to take away. The worst is the wait for it to get here then the letdown that it won’t work. Then another wait to have them gone. 2 weeks…Lowes has been good about the trying and all. I think the mower is not made right or something which reflects on the store, that is a shame.

Brand new mower would not work

Delivered to our home and would not work. Contacted the store and told a service man would be out so they scheduled an appointment. After waiting 4 hours no one showed up so called the store. They said actually you were told wrong and Lowe’s never sends a service man. Our time matters too.

42" 15 he Toro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased last year. I love the idea of not taking it out of gear to turn around, like my old riding lawn mower. Great cut. Don't expect this to run like a professional type. Not that fast, but still great speed.

My 2nd Toro TimeCutter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I lost my 1st Toro in a shed fire. I liked it so much I replaced with another one. The best feature is the smooth level cute. Lot of Zero turns/riding mowers cuts uneven. Mine is a 42” cut. It handles well, easy to operate, and it speeds up mowing to about 1/2 the time of a riding mowers. Love it.

TORO ROCKS

Mows great just the other little things.

I am not sure who assembled it, but the amount of money that you pay for one of these mowers you'd think they'd pay attention to the craftsmanship of the mower. The seat on the mower wasn't properly attached I learned after starting to use it. Found the nuts and bolts laying there. The metal plate where the ignition is was not fastened into place correctly. Overall the mower mowed great, just poor craftsman ship on different parts of the mower.

Delivery

The lawn mower was shipped with the battery disconnected. The delivery guys were clueless and unable to communicate with me

Great time saver

Picked up at Lowes came home and started mowing. It took a bit to get use to the steering but is a great time saver now. Love my new mower.

Customer service

I have been trying to buy the mower since April. I have bought this twice online and once at beech grove. And I'm still waiting for this mower. Can't get an answer from anyone it says the will call and reset delivery and noone calls ever. Why does it take over 2 months and still no mower. My card has been charged twice. And haven't received it.....🤬
