What Customers Are Saying
The Toro Power Max e24 60V electric snow blower is a capable machine that can effectively handle heavy, wet snow. Users praised its quiet operation, easy start, and lack of maintenance compared to gas-powered models. However, the main concern was the limited battery life, with many reporting only 10-20 minutes of runtime, even in light snow, far below the advertised claims. This led to frustration and the need to purchase additional batteries, significantly increasing the overall cost. The machine may be better suited for smaller areas or as a secondary backup to a gas-powered snow blower.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used gas snow blowers and throwers. I was skeptical to buy an all electric snow thrower. After having great luck with my all electric mower, I decided to take a chance. I am glad that I did. This snow thrower is fantastic. All you need to do is put the batteries in and move the key. It starts right up and tears through the snow and ice. It really does a fantastic job even with thick, packed snow and ice that gets bound up at...

Our First Storm, a Blizzard
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my e26 a few weeks before we had a blizzard. This was the first time I used it. 24 inches of snow. My e26 powered through the snow. Plenty of throw distance. Very easy to control. I didn't get to get the whole job done at one charge, but it was my first time using it. The next smaller storm, 6 inches, did the whole job with plenty of charge left. It's very quiet compared to gas models. I love it's performance and it's low carbon fo...

Short battery range. Struggles with heavy snow.
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery life not as good as I hoped. struggles to move the heavy snow at the end of the driveway, by the street. My neighbor's smaller gas powered snow blower does not struggle.

Good Blower. Need to buy 3rd battery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great snowblower. I’m a little disappointed in the battery life. We have a 3 car driveway and I can do the whole driveway. I wish it gave you a warning when the battery is low because it just dies. Buy the extra batter.

Needed more battery life
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model based on the estimate of the area it could clear. I purchased an additional battery, 6.0 aH but still could not completely clear my drive. I returned this model and purchased the model with 7.5 aH batteries. I still was only barely able to clear my drive with a light snow of 4 inches. The machine does a very good job of clearing the snow. I will keep this model and buy additional batteries to handle a heavy snowstorm.

The best little machine on the block.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think its a great little machine. The only problem I had with it was in the snow where the plow went by and pushed it up on the sidewalk and the end of the driveway. It was sort of a little heavy.

excellent solution - quiet and works well
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this on a few occasions already this year and it works great. I bought the third battery which is very helpful since I have a long driveway and walk to also clear but have not had any problems running out of power. I think the instructions to put it together could be better but there are some online youtube videos from others that are helpful in the process to watch while you are doing it. I really like how it is much quieter a...

Waiting for snow.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blower arrived in a damaged box on a pallet. Broken plastic cover, that's all. It's in the shop to replace the cover. It seems to run fine, but it hasn't snowed since I bought it.

Beats Gas
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has the power and capacity of gas. I love the instant start. The problem is the endurance time. I bought an additional 6.0 ah battery and still lasted only 20 minutes in 15" of heavy wet snow. Had to recharge the 3 batteries twice to do 150' of 4' wide sidewalk. It took over 8 hrs to do the walk. It should come with 3 7.5 ah batteries and a rapid charger that would charge 3 batteries at a time.

Quality and satisfaction, and "American Made"
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure the blower would be able to do my large driveway. Its 120' long and 2 cars wide with a single car parking spot next to the garage . I was amazed to find out it can do it with 8" of wet snow and still have half battery charges left when i finish. I am completely impressed and satisfied with the flawless performance of this well designed machine.

The Snow Hates Us
Would RecommendMy father and I both have the 60V E26 model with the standard two batteries and chargers. I am new to the “Big Game” meaning, I cut the cord to my undersized electric machine as it was unable to handle the task and my father's gas machine was pronounced by the repairman. I live close to the lake (Lake Michigan) and off of an alley, so my location and neighbors are prone to snowdrifts and my father has a corner house. We both share that mean snowplow person that likes to push that heavy wet snow ...

Taking it back after 2 uses
Would Not RecommendBought this 3 weeks ago. Now on my second storm. Assembly was easy once I watched a third party video, Toro's provided instructions are indecipherable. Seems well built, unlike their cheaper plastic models. Unit blows snow OK. Doesn't easily get to to bare pavement, but close to it. Good throwing distance with the lighter snow. Completely bogs down in plow mound at the end of the driveway. I'd give it a 3/5 on performance alone. But the real reason I'm returning it is the batteries are g...

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a gas snowblower before this one and I will have to tell you, This one works better and is more convenient then the gas one. I love that it is quieter and no maintenance. I highly recommend.
