What Customers Are Saying

The Toro Power Max e24 60V electric snow blower is a capable machine that can effectively handle heavy, wet snow. Users praised its quiet operation, easy start, and lack of maintenance compared to gas-powered models. However, the main concern was the limited battery life, with many reporting only 10-20 minutes of runtime, even in light snow, far below the advertised claims. This led to frustration and the need to purchase additional batteries, significantly increasing the overall cost. The machine may be better suited for smaller areas or as a secondary backup to a gas-powered snow blower.

The one to own!

Would Recommend

This is the real deal. Sturdy, well built. Looking forward to many years of blowing snow from driveway. Easy to operate controls. Easy turning and maneuverable. Has the power to do the job. This is by far the best two stage electric snowblower to own. It lacks nothing.

Battery snowblower

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the snowblower on 02/2022. Only used it twice, but was impressed with performance. Very glad it came with two batteries. I wish the led light had a on-off switch.

Toro quality, electric convenience.

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 15+yr old Toro 1128 blower with this unit. I wanted something easier to maintain and cleaner to operate. The downsize was also a consideration as the old one is a beast / difficult to handle sometimes. The 60V Max two stage did not disappoint when we got two late April blizzards. It's maneuverability was very welcome. The ability to throw very wet snow was impressive. For normal amounts of snow this unit is fantastic. For extreme a...

A little disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had this delivered and it did not come with the had warmers which I was thinking it did. I am a bit disappointed in that, since it’s spring I won’t be using it for quite awhile but I’m sure it will work just fine. I’ll review it again once I use it. Just disappointed it did not have the hand warmers after every video and review showed them.

Yes, Yes, and No

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in Marblehead, MA. Every snow is different. Some shallow, some deep. Some dry, some wet. This machine has enough power to throw the wet snow, and it hasn't yet clogged, thank you. I really like the fact that there's no gasoline and oil involved. You don't "start" it, you turn it on. We have a circular driveway, which is larger than most, and when we have a substantial snowfall, we run out of battery, even after adding a third batt...

Very powerful machine

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had already purchased a Toro battery mower, so I have added the 2 stage snow thrower as well. There is a bit of a learning curve compared to a single stage, but this machine will take anything you throw at it! Easy enough to use (once you get the hang of it) and power for days!

Clears snow, even heavy, wet snow, with ease

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this out of desperation, and I am so glad I did. It easily clears snow (including 8” of heavy, wet snow) from a long driveway.

Powerful and easy to use

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in November 2021 and have used it for the past 4 months. I've been impressed with it's ability to handle wet heavy snow and the pile of snow at the end of the driveway after the plow has come through.

Makes short work with any snow

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have an Ariens 28” Deluxe gas snowblower. While it was a very well built snowblower, this Toro electric is superior in every respect. Now I know I am comparing apples and oranges because the Toro is a much more expensive machine than the entry level Ariens. I am sure the efi Ariens Platinum is a better machine than my entry level Deluxe. But some things are only possible with an electric Here are some features I am off the charts hap...

underpowered

Would Not Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Severely underpowered for most snow storms. Batteries do not last long enough to complete the job. This machine really should come with 3 batteries. Even with a lighter, low moisture snow, batteries die before completion. Ran using eco mode, no hand warmers, did not help. When additional power was needed for heavier snow, the machine struggled to clear the end of the driveway, then died.

Excellent Snowblower and Highly Recommended

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Toro 26” 60V Max Electric Battery Power Two-Stage Snowblower, Model #39926 is EXCELLENT and highly recommend. I have a wide and very long driveway and the battery power provided enough battery power and life without recharging. The third battery slot is excellent and I used the battery from my Toro 60V lawn mower to provide even more power and battery life on a 14” snow storm. The hand warmer works great and kept my hands warm desp...

A Lot of Muscle!

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of comparative shopping before buying my first snow blower and I'm glad I decided on the Toro both price and performance wise. Some of my neighbors have also been impressed!

E24 electric snowblower

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good at removing snow. Very quiet and powerful. We wish the battery would last longer but have been able to do the whole driveway with 1 charge. An on off light switch would be nice. Our biggest complaint is that it is difficult to turn. We are very happy with our purchase.

Great Upgrade from Gas

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great purchase, I'm very happy with this after a couple of real tests. We had 4-6" of snow, plus what the plow left for me at the end of the driveway. I was able to get my driveway and 2 neighbors, about 20 cars total, and still had about 1/3 of the battery left. That was on a combo of full speed and Eco, not because I was testing it but because I wasn't paying attention to the mode. When it hit a tougher patch the motor sped up on it's own, no...

Lots of power, handles well, much lighter than gas

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a great job removing and throwing snow and is much quieter and lighter weight than equivalent gas version without all the headaches of a small engine. I have a few issues that could be improved - drive handles require a significant amount of grip force which tires hands quickly even for someone like me with large hands. My other concern is the access doors for the battery compartment - they seem quite fragile and in particular the door t...
