What Customers Are Saying
The Toro Power Max e24 60V electric snow blower is a capable machine that can effectively handle heavy, wet snow. Users praised its quiet operation, easy start, and lack of maintenance compared to gas-powered models. However, the main concern was the limited battery life, with many reporting only 10-20 minutes of runtime, even in light snow, far below the advertised claims. This led to frustration and the need to purchase additional batteries, significantly increasing the overall cost. The machine may be better suited for smaller areas or as a secondary backup to a gas-powered snow blower.

Convenient blower for heavy snow winters
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Removing the need for oil and gas makes this blower super convenient, just keep the batteries on the charger and it is ready to roll whenever the snow comes in!

Power Max® e24 60V* Two-Stage Snow Blower
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in the Buffalo area and we have a reputation of getting a lot of snow. I got through my first winter including the Blizzard of 2023 here with no problem. My driveway is about 80 ft x 2 cars. For most snows I can do the whole thing without recharging & have more than 1/2 capacity left (with 2 batteries). During the Blizzard of '23 I had to do half my driveway and re-charge. The Batteries were fully charged after about an hour so it wasn't...

Excited to try it in the snow
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to assemble. The unit seems very sturdy. When you turn the key on its quite and when the auger is engaged it is a lot quieter than a gas version. Havent had a chance to move snow with it yet, but am excited.

Very Poor Runtime
Would Not RecommendI bought the Toro 26in Power Max this past winter to replace my 20 year old gas 2 stage snowblower. I was excited to finally be done with small engine maintenance. The upside of the Toro Power Max is the power. It cleared 6 - 10 inches of fresh snow easily, and threw it 15 - 25 feet into the yard. The downside was runtime. I have a small, 6 car, driveway. With 2 x 7.5Ah batteries, I could only clear 2/3rds of my driveway on a full charge with just 6 - 10 inches of snowfall. I would not re...

TORO 26' 60v Two Stage Snowblower - AMAZING!!!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 26" 60V snowblower( 39926 ) last winter(2022) and it's simply amazing! Lots of power even in wet heavy snow. I use it in eco mode mostly because it moves snow so well. Very quiet and no smell.

Good and bad
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the unit. It works well once the skid plate is adjusted. Some pros are it handles large amounts of snow very well and keeps your hands qatm while doing it. It is relatively quiet and strong. A few problems i encountered are that it started making a horrible noise this year when the auger is engaged. Calling Toro for troubleshooting is difficult since the automated system refers you to a repair shop only denying you from speaking w...

Needs additional batteries
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this snowblower and have used it a few times. Power is good but you really need at least two 7.5 amp or three 6 amp batteries for most snowfalls. In stiff snow, it would help if the blower weighed more.

Wisconsin spring snowfall
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used once after a late spring Wisconsin snowfall. 8 in. of heavy wet snow. Plenty of power with 2 batteries to clear 8 car driveway with ease, including large pile from plow at the end (on a corner lot so always an issue). A third battery for next season will be needed so i feel more confident for larger snow depths.

Works well and I'm 83 years old
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children gave this to us for Christmas and it is an excellent machine. I'm in North Dakota where the snow this year is really deep. In deep snow the batteries (3) need recharging after an hour. It's quiet, powerful and easy to store.

Regret purchase
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned only Toro mowers and blowers for over 40 years. I have always been satisfied with them. i regret this purchase.. I gave my 6 yr old Toro blower to my son and purchased this. I live in Mpls and we have had a heavy snow winter. I have a standard suburban 2 car driveway and sidewalk. We had alsot of heavy snow last night and I could not finish ( 3 batteries) back on the charger they are out of temperature range to charge. ...

More battery power
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am basically happy with the Toro battery operate snowblower. The batteries only last about 20 minutes each so I'm having to change over and charge them too often. Otherwise, the machine itself is pretty awesome!

love the ease of battery vs gas
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. 3rd time i used it, beeped, shut down, light kept flashing. Had to remove batteries, reinsert several times, got it restarted. It finished the job that time. Went to move it into storage shed. It started but when I engaged auger, it shut down. Finally got it going. Not sure what is going on.
