Pads wear out quickly

Tens Therapy Device
Just purchased a week ago and the Electrode Gel Pads are already unusable. The first pad after a single use, one the snaps that secures the Tens Unit became disengaged from the pad. The second gel pad lost it ability to adhere after two uses. You don't sell replacements!

I am using the tens
I am using the tens unit for arthritis of spine, hip, low back. Also hand/finger joints. Find it difficult to get correct buttons pushed/adjusted for relief. On a good day with fingers though, I can get some relief from a cycle.
