Defective Tens Unit
Brand new out of the box. Charged for several hours and does not work. Just get a flashing blue light when attached to gel pad on my knee (using pad placement chart) Mode will not start.

Not what a thought it would be
Does not hold a charge very long, can only use once then have to recharge again. When you are in pain you want to get rid of the pain now, have to wait to keep recharging.

Fantastic!
Love, love, love this rechargeable TENS Unit! The only problem is the pads don’t stay sticky even after trying to clean them. Other TENS Units I have purchased in the past have replacement pads available for purchase. I would gladly buy them. As it is, I bought a second complete unit but won’t buy a third when these pads no longer stick.

Best thing I have found for my back pain.
I have lower back pain and the Tommie Copper TENS device has helped me work out the soreness in my back. I love it because it is so portable. I recommend this to anyone with back pain. Works for me.

Snaps on Gel Pad came off with the device when tried to separate them.
Love this device, however the snaps came off Gel Pad and are stuck to the device and cannot get them separated. Also how can we purchase replacement pads.
