This is my second Tommy Copper Tens & this one doesn’t work It has no powers & shuts off Can someone help me

TENS Therapy Device

When the unit is powered on the current pulses for only 4 to 6 times and then shuts off. I have tried this countless times and the same thing happens. Apparently the device I received is defecrtive.

2nd try does not work same as the first

Ok tens device was replaced & does not work. This one at least turned on but a few Compressions happened then NOTHING. I do not know if the 2nd one can be replaced 1 more time. If the 3rd one don’t work it must be a batch problem & that is why they were on sale. Could you e mail me a return free label & I will return the defective one to you for a replacement. I hope this one works. RRP ps please call or e mail me if any questions.

I have chronic shoulders pain. It helps when I increase the tension and switch it to which shoulder hurt more.

Great portable tens unit

I have a tens unit I received from my doctor years ago and it works great. Unfortunately it’s not the most convenient with all the wires and four separate electrodes. So I have purchased two other wireless tens units in the past and neither one was strong enough to combat my chronic pain. Then I saw this one! It’s super easy to use even on the go! Not only is it small and easily portable but it’s a strong little unit. I do have to turn it up all the way or almost all the way in order to feel rel...

Relaxes the muscles around my shoulders and lower back. Sleep much more comfortably now.

Tens device works for me

Love that I can be mobile while using the device. Has multiple settings and charges quickly.

Did not work

Ordered this, did not work, or turn on. So I asked for an exchange, got a return label the first time. The second tens did not function either. Asked for another return label and was told they only supply one and I would have to return this on my dime. Even if the device was defective and none of this was my fault. They sold defective devices. I lost my shipping cost on this item and will never buy any Tommy Copper items.

Difficult to Use

The unit works fine, however, having the control buttons on the unit itself is very awkward. When using it on your back or neck.you can't see the control buttons and you have to do it by feel, which is not easy. Also, there is no way to increase the time it runs, which is annoying..

I got it for my son, he said that it does a great job. I would like to have one for myself, but the price has gone up & I will have to wait until the next sale..

Instructions Confusing!

I tried this for the first time yesterday. I had to take it off 5 times to see why it wasn’t pulsing. I don’t understand the instructions. I was able to charge it but it seemed like it kept turning off, so I’d remove it and still felt a slight pulse so I’d put it back on and press the plus again. Does anyone have GOOD step by step instructions cause I want this to work on my back (sciatica, bursitis, etc).
