What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the trap's effectiveness at capturing mice alive, with many reporting catches of three to seven mice within days using peanut butter bait. The humane design strongly appeals to those opposed to lethal methods. However, significant drawbacks emerge: reviewers report false triggers with no mouse inside, mice escaping after partial activation, and bait theft without capture. Success depends heavily on proper placement and using minimal bait. While many find it effective, design flaws and inconsistent performance frustrate others, creating a divided customer base.

Would Not RecommendDidn’t work. Mice eat the bait and leave satisfied.
Humane Mouse Trap
Would RecommendSimple design, easy to set up.
Either the mouse got smart or the trap is crap.
Would Not RecommendA few weeks ago I moved some pillows on the deck and mice scattered. Maybe one or two guys came inside. I didn’t want to kill any mice, just wanted to evict them. I’ve caught two cute little mice and released them in the field behind my house. It’s now been sitting there for a week and hasn’t caught anything I look inside and all the peanut butter’s been licked off the back so I put more in waited another few days and it’s been licked off again, so it doesn’t work anymore.

Mouse Trap Failure
Would Not RecommendIt shut just to the very slightest touch! I don't believe a mouse could ever have gotten in it before it closed. Never caught a mouse despite several tries. Get the green transparent plastic traps! Inexpensive and a very successful trap!

Humane but a bit tricky to set
Would RecommendIf you use these, you need to be able to check them daily or more frequently. If you catch a live mouse, take it at least one mile from your house or it will find it's way back.
Inconsistent product
Would Not RecommendIs very inconsistent. I have caught a few mice with this but there are a lot of false triggers.

mouse catcher
Would Recommendworked great. caught a little mice quickly
very unreliable especially on carpet
Would Not Recommendbought these bc my usual brand of humane traps was on backorder due to the holidays. 3 times, the mice got in and the trap did not spring. moved the traps off of the carpet and two worked, but much slower than the other humane style with the flip door instead of the swing door. set them up again bc they were advertised as "reusable". haven't worked since.

This is the worst live trap ever.
Would Not RecommendThey didn’t need to reinvent the wheel here. There’s no huge feet of engineering required. Catch mouse… make container stay shut to relocate. So basic, right? Apparently not for tomcat. The first time I caught the mouse, I picked up the container… carefully…. It opened by itself, the mouse ran out. The next time, it didn’t capture the mouse at all.., he went in, had a delicious organic peanut butter dinner on my dime and then walked out, at which point the trap snapped shut. I did believe I’d ca...

Didn’t work like I expected.
Would Not RecommendThe trap didn’t function like I expected. The opening and closing part to let the mouse in kept closing after it was placed on the floor. A very touchy opening and closing device.
