Disappointed consumer

I had an old wet jet and it finally died after over 10 years. Bought a new one and returned it because the lights didnt work. Second one neither lights nor pump would work. Called and found out the newer models do not have lights. So, first one I returned was fine! Very disappointed that they discontinued the lights as it made it easy to see where Solution was coming out! They need to bring back the wet jet WITH LIGHTS.

Swifter wet jet is only 2 battereis now

Since reducing battereis from 4 to 2 the wet jet is no longer a 5 star review.

Has minor issues

This is a great mop that we use all the time but has two exceptions: 1. The handle is too short for anyone over 5 feet tall. Hurts mine and my wife’s back. 2. Leaves mop particles on the floor that must be vacuumed up after using.

Piece of crap

I bought a new wet jet to replace my old one that was probably 10-15 years old. I used the new one maybe 4 times (on a small area) and it already doesn't work. The cleaner still has liquid, I replaced the batteries, and nothing. Everything new is crap.

Great once pad was right.

Instructions on how to put pad on the right side was not clear on the box. Once clear it works fine.

Do not waste your money.

This product sucks. I purchased the wet jet mop. I used it maybe two or three times it stopped working. For the price I paid, it should be a reliable product. I have wood floors and told this is the best product to use. So very disappointing.

This product sucks

I love the idea but the handle disconnects all the time. If the mop would just stay together I could let the other issues go. But there a few different wet mop varieties and the parts don't work together. I'll be trying the Bona system next to see if they are better.

Just add the screwdriver I need.

Great product, I love it……expect for the part where it doesn’t come with a screwdriver that actually can work because apparently out of almost 30 screw drivers I found one that worked on TWO SCREWS when there are clearly THREE idk how you expect me to put batteries in my mop handle if I can’t even get the screws out without having to buy a new screwdriver to work?!

OUCH! DOUBLE WHAMMY!

Purchased 2 wet jets. The first in January of 2024. It was used as directed; mopping a small kitchen floor a few times a month. Purchased the 2nd wet jet in August of 2025. Both products stopped working this month (February 2026). After hours of troubleshooting, I’ve concluded that the motor no longer works in the first product, and the second product must have been I lemon, as there is a complete power failure (no lights, no motor), despite having brand new batteries. I am dissatisfied, to say...

Not worth the money

Bought 3 in a row and 1 didnt work and the other only lasted a month and one lasted at least 1 year.

Second WetJet stopped working

I am very disappointed in the Swiffer WetJet. My first WetJet quit working due to the motor and now so has the second one. This time again, it’s the motor. I tried new batteries, and even cleaned out the spray nozzles. But it just won’t work anymore. I think it's only 4-5 months old.The last couple times I used it, the motor sounded like it was “dragging” or just not working right. And now, I can’t use my spare pads & cleaning solutions. Is there anything you can do?

Great product does wonders and smells great

I had an issue with my product and after contacting the swiffer team they made it stress it free to get a new one!

Lasted 3 cleans

When it works it is a good product but it is a reliability nightmare. The spray motor is prone to failure. This is the third WestJet I have purchased that has failed. Each one, has lasted less than the one it is replacing. I can’t justify replacing and I’m trying to figure out how to use my remaining solution and pads.

Must have in every home

This does exactly what it says it will. It helps eliminate dust on lots of different surfaces and is easy to put away when not using. I would highly recommend and always have one in my closet ready to use.

Lovely smell. Almost makes me want to clean.

The light fresh smell , mixed with Swiffer wet jet cleaning power makes cleaning a little nicer to manage. It's very effective at picking up grease and dirt and leaves a nice smell behind.

Not happy with having to go buy batteries .

Batteries were dead! I have to purchase batteries.

The Wet Jet is garbage

Purchased Wet Jet on 10/5/25. It has already stopped working in less than 90 days and no more than 3-4 uses.

I love my swiffer wet jet but it’s disappointed me

I have used swiffer wet jet for years I have worn out at least 3-4 but my current swiffer has a problem. The needle in the center where the solution goes came out causing a leak and I lost a whole bottle of solution. And now the bottle will suck together because it can’t get air where the needle came out. So after using I have to take the bottle out and stick the needle in so the bottle will fill with air uncollapsing itself. After years of loyal use I think I should be reimbursed or get a new s...
