Who designed the packaging?

Hard to know how to put the duster on
Would Not RecommendI am so disappointed in this product altho it does a good job and extension is nice and adequate. I cannot find where to insert the duster. It pushes out 1/2 way up all the time. Not sure I would buy it again. Please redesign how to put it on the pole. I read on the box there was a video on how toput it on but it isnt on your website.

How do you replace the old head.
Would Not RecommendReplacing the head should be ease. Wrong. New head won't stay on. Keeps falling off. I ended up using it by hand instead of the attachment. Piece of junk in my opinion. dollar store quality.

Makes Dusting So Much Easier!!!
Would RecommendThis product from Swiffer really rocks. I use it all the time & I love it. It really does catch the dust and keep it on it. I prefer the 360 degree head. Just wish they had something that could maneuver through even more delicate "pretties."

It definitely won't replace my regular dusting as it doesn't make the area shine at all, but it is good in a quick clean up. I would recommend purchasing this product but I would also keep your furniture polish and rag.

When my dog saw the duster, she thought it was a new toy haha, she tryed a lot of times to take it from me. I liked that you can make it longer.
