Horrible product

There were no pockets to attach duster to handle so the product was useless... don't know if box was defective but will never buy again

So Easy To Use

This thing is awesome!!! I usually hate trying to dust because it feels like you just move it all around in circles! Static is not my friend! But with this, it means keeping everything dust-free is a breeze. I feel like a cleaning goddess! The only downside I found is that they couldn’t be washed.

Great idea but dusters won’t stay on handle

Dusters don’t stay on handle but if you just use them without the handle they work great. Been using swifter wet and dry for floors and they’re great, but these don’t have any way to hold the duster to the two pronged fork handle without a rubber band

Needs attachment redesign

I agree with those who note it's impossible to get a new duster on the handle securely and effectively. Most times it comes off; other times I'm dusting with the plastic attachment! The two "slots" you say are there are impossible to find--or they're not actually slots. Needs redesign!

Very disappointed with the handle design

I bought a Heavy Duty Starter Kit recently, to dust around my computer desk, with monitors, mouse, keyboard, USB backup device, and the usual stuff. I found the duster to be very effective, but the design of the handle, at least the portion that is meant to grip the duster, is too slippery, and I found the duster comes off frequently as a result. Also, there are no instructions for replacing the duster onto the handle. I've seen a note on this site, in relation to a similar complaint, explaini...

Why did you change the handle design

The new handle design is terrible. You spend more time picking the duster off the floor than you actually do dusting. I hate the design...

NOT AS GOOD AS IT USED TO BE

Had I rated this duster a few years ago I would have given it a 5; however, here lately they seem to leave as much in the air as on the duster. Love the floor cleaners but getting harder to find the solution.

Worst Swiffer Product

Terrible product packaging. Inadequate instructions on attaching duster to handle. Website isn't any better. Very disappointed.

Best Duster Ever!

I love them because they don't slide off when using them like the other imitation brands do. I use both sizes, the short and the adjustable long one is great for ceiling fans. Just wondering if they are able to be cleaned and used again?

I can not dismantle the stick

It works good. I just can't dis-assemble the stick to get it back in the box.

So over priced

I love the original swifter duster because it way easier to use and cheaper. My local stores now only carry the 360 products now and I’m so frustrated!!! The duster never goes on easily because half the time the sleeve to hold it on is clogged with glue or something. Such a pain!!! If I can find something easier I will switch or please bring back the original!!!!!

Flimsy and Frustrataing

This is an inferior product to previously owned dusters. The 'locking' mechanism for the dual head does not stay locked; the extendable handle retracts constantly (there is no way to lock it into place), and the dusters pull off with the least bit of resistance. It doesn't collect more dust, either. This was a total waste of money; disappointing, flimsily made and frustrating to use.

I wrote to you about a month ago to see why my swifter hallway come off ,you said there is a locking mechanism but they are still coming off everytime I dust what is wrong,I even went and bought new ones,I might get a different brand

This product is awful. I really thought Swiffer would do better than this. It's made as cheaply as it can be. The duster won't stay on the pole, it's impossible to put a new one on. I won't recommend them to anybody nor will I buy the refills.

Not so good

I have been buying for years. They were very good at first but now dust just moves around. I’ve found that I need to spray with dust spray to keep on swiffer. Love the long handles though. Just not so good anymore

Dusters won't stay on handle

When dusting the duster keeps falling off the handle. I can't dust in hard to reach places because it wont stay on the handle. Not real impressed. if I use it by hand it picks up dust great but that was not why I purchased it.

half of duster wisps are not cut

Didn't go all the way around like promised, and ripped while trying to put on duster. I will not buy this product again. Old T-shirt worked better.

Make a Mop with These!

Can't stand the Swiffer Mop. Pushes doesn't lock. These dusters are awesome and we've used them for some time. Reinvent the dry mop using longer versions of these on the current dry mop pole (w 360 swivel) and you've got a winner.
