Personally, these heavy-duty swifter dusters are HORRIBLE. Going back to the regular!

Used to be great but are terrible now

I've used these dusters for years and they used to be incredible. However, the new recent change reducing the fluff and adding the strips has been horrible. These new ones trap significantly less dust to the point where I have to wipe the same area with a rag after. They also barely catch hair which is a massive pain when pet hair is a huge part of what I use these for. The old dusters used to work amazingly for pet hair. I use it all day everyday

The biggest standout is how well it actually grabs and holds dust instead of pushing it around. The fluffy fibers are coated to trap dust, pet hair, and allergens from multiple angles, which makes a noticeable difference compared to regular cloths. There’s 3 different prices, the product with 1 cloth, 3 cloths and then 6 pack. I store my swiffer with my broom and mop in the storage room. The handle is the perfect size.

Works well consistently.

I use these weekly to do all my dusting. They work really well in trapping dust and dog hair. The handle allows me to reach spots on upper shelves. Great on most surfaces.

Easy vital tool to help get all those hard to reac

These are the perfect addition for cleaning tools during a spring refresh and weekly dusting. They are easy to store and use. Everything sticks to them and the set up is a breeze, my son loves to use them when he’s assisting me with cleaning the house !

Horrible!!!

Why did you change the duster? It’s horrible, doesn’t trap the dust and pet hair like they used to. If I wanted to spread the dust in the air I’d used a regularfeather duster. I will not buy these again (and just threw out the the 15 left in the package I just bought). Please go back to what works

Please return to original fluffy Swiffer/no strips

Adding strips that are hard and only a little bit of fluff absolutely ruined this product. If they don't return to the original fluffy Swiffer duster with no strips, I'll have to find another product to use ☹️.

NEW Annoying Plastic Strips AWFUL

I don't know why they had to change a perfectly good product. The blue plastic strips are useless and reduce effectiveness. My cleaning lady has to spend time cutting them OFF. I called to complain and was told to buy the pet version. I did. Those changed too. Then told to get the one sided one- now those have these annoying things too. PLEASE FIX THIS. Why oh why must you ruin a great product?

The Dust Busting strips only take up room.

This product was better before they incorporated the "Dust Busting Strips". They do nothing! Tried "plucking" them as suggested. All it amounts to is a lot of trouble with no real improvement. The end of the attaching handle comes through the end dragging against what I'm dusting. They cost a lot more and really don't do much more. Do away with those strips and replace with the fluffy material and I might try them again. Meanwhile the standard ones are just as good for less money.

Great little dusters for those hard to reach place

These swiffer dusters are perfect to clean the house. They are great at getting the dust in many places and last a while! You can get replacement dusters for them too which is nice. These pick up the dust very easily, a lot better than a paper towel or anything else you would use. And having the handle makes it easy to reach in higher places. Definitely a great item to have in your house for daily quick cleanings!

I would not buy this product as not as advertised

The heavy duty refills and starter kit doesn't look at all like advertised. Not fluffy at all and this site will not let me download a photo of the same

Wish it was longer

These dusters work great however I wish the handle was longer for the higher places. They are good for low places. Easy and light enough for my kids to help!

Outshines the rest

These swiffer dusters are the best in the market and my go-to for dusting and cleaning. I’ve tried other brands but the swiffer always outshines the other brands. The dusters stay on the handle and can be used multiple times.

Why make duster harder than it has to be? Easy to assemble and you’re ready to swipe and clean any surface in your home. Simply push the duster onto the handle and let it do the job for you

The previous version was leaps and bounds better

Why are you ruining a good thing? This would’ve been a five star product for me but your addition with these dust busting strips are horrible. It doesn’t dust. Well you can’t get it to fluff out. You shouldn’t have to take minutes picking the yellow fluff out, and it still doesn’t work even when you do that Your old ones just needed a quick shake or two and you were ready to dust, and they worked fabulously. Great product

As a swiffer user for years . This heavy duty duster is wonderful . Lightweight allowing walls , ceilings, doors , ceiling fans and baseboards easy .

Must have for blinds

The dusters are a must in our home! We have one stick but use almost daily! Perfect for blinds, fans, furniture, air vents and more! The refills are compact and fit perfect in a drawer! The tool is lightweight making for easy cleaning.

Great for Pet owners

These dusters are great for cleaning up pet dander & everyday dust. My house gets very dusty and these dusters wipe my shelves clean without leaving anything behind. They are lightweight but also durable

Very effective and cleans well!

I love these swiffer sisters! They are full and catch dust so well. They are soft, but somehow manage to “magnetize” the dust to the dust collector like a sponge. Very effective.
