Consistency would be nice...
Hmmm. I'm not sure what to think. I ordered the DVR8-4595, but received the DVR8-4575. I'm curious to know why they made the switch (without notifying me). Now, if the 4575 was an inadvertent ship, then okay. I also received three switching adapters, but not a "power" adapter. The Quick Set Up guide shows a different image of the power adapter, but that's not what I received. Consistency, at least as far as what they advertise, would be nice.

Would RecommendBought this kit before leaving town - installation was super easy which was my biggest concern. The picture is very clear -night vision on these cameras are superb . The best part is I can easily view my property from my smartphone any time of the day.

Exellent system
Very impressed with the infrared picture, as long as there is enough ambient light. Also the heat sensor along with the movement sensor really works well. System is easy to setup, just followed the written details. Also plenty of cable per camera to cover any eventuality, but you can also easily purchase extension cable if required. Easily expandable if more cameras required. Basically just plug and play, very easy. Very good value for money.

1TB lasted 4 1/2 days
Would Not RecommendBought this due to a problem neighbor. Says 80+ days record time. Installed mid day on a Monday and hard drive was full on Saturday morning. So I went and bought a 4TB external hard drive. Takes forever to transfer and you can't record while you transfer. Thinking about taking it back

Easy to install for our first time. Great quality pictures. Set at high sensitivity and yes it's sensitive! Could have made the alert a little more subtle and with a volume as it's a bit loud. Otherwise it's exactly what I wanted. I'm a happy customer
