Input same information and test page shows invalid user name or password.or invalid server error... the on push, i get notified and all it shows is live view when i click the push notification

Great basic security camera package

Although this security package may not have all of the bells and whistles of some newer type, this unit is rock solid and bulletproof. Hardwired cameras and ethernet mean they are always connect and never cut off. The 1TB hard drive with 4 cameras running will give you about a months worth of viewing time when on auto sensor mode. Ok system

I bought this about a month ago. The reason being that my old DVR which is from swann went out after 2 and a half years. This system seems ok for know but this system only records when it detects movement that's probably alright although it doesn't detect everything. That's probably alright since that way the system has more recording space. My old system recorded everything which I miss. Also this system like my old one goes blank on the screens. I have to reset it which is a big downturn

4-Cameras and 8-Channel DVR

After cameras install I am very satisfied with the results inside and outside!!!! They have very sharp and clear videos!!! This is my second set of cameras and dvr's.

great system but the motion detection could be a lot better. This is my third system d1 1080p lite now this unit. Some times there is no motion detection and never a thermal indication. The firmware needs an update.

I got this last week to replace an older swann unit. Works great even with original cables. Manual could be more complete leaves a lot for trail and error. Password would be nice if it could be turned off. Homesafe view works well and setup was simple.

Glad we had rebates to help us buy it

We bought this system on 2/23/2019, a camera randomly quit working in June, 2019. Not sure why, never got a notification that it quit working. Yet when we unhook another camera we get notified. Can't seem to get a response from Swann. So I'm not really sure how impressed I am with these cameras.

Nice cameras, but no audio recording feature, and poorly designed software.

I bought this camera 2 weeks ago and installed it a week ago. The system package was good, with all necessary things included. The cameras are also good, however there is no audio recording. Somehow I missed to read this while ordering as I thought this feature of audio recording is mostly included. It would have been really good if it had this feature. However this does not compromise the security featuers. Another thing I am unhappy about is the software, Homesafe View. Its not user friendly....

I life this system

I really like this system! It was super easy to install and the cameras have great color and night vision. The system I got at a warehouse seller has 4 bullet and 2 dome cameras with the 1TB drive. I had an older Swann system for 5-1/2 years and mice and weather wore down 2 of the cameras and the box. This new system used the same type of wiring and we were able to plug the new cameras using existing wiring plus keep using some of the old cameras and with the new box, which saved us time and g...

Great features

I purchase this 2 weeks ago. I had a previous Swann System that lasted for 8 years. This system has great features that I love, especially the night vision. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it blacks out part of the picture when shade appears on screen, so your are looking at half the screen and half shaded which is black out. I would recommend Swann systems over everyone else. Keep up the good work SWANN.

I was unsure due to bad reviews but got this system and fitted last weekend. Absolutely no issues installing and set up was quick and easy. Stream on 4g works well on iPhone and so far have no complaints to mention. We also used a TP Link Powerline to connect to the router opposed to running cables to different part of house and again it has worked well. Good quality system and works well all round!
