Solid product but beat up

Swing was beat up bad! Off the truck the box was badly damaged. It was a Christmas gift so i didnt want to chance another delivery. I accepted it and as i got deeper into building it, it was rusted and bent.

Great swing

I got this as a gift for my wife. She loves they she can use it as a swing or can lay flat and swing. I will say the treads on the inserts could be lined up a little better. It kept feeling like I was cross threading them but I was not.

They don’t own their signs

They didn’t send it. I went to the store and they were going to take it apart and send me the screws and pieces.

Very nice swing

This swing is actually wider than what a normal 3 person swing at 91" wide. It is so comfortable and pretty solid. We replaced our old swing that we had for many, many years, and I'm glad that it was this one that replaced it....so very pleased, and easy to assemble! Now just have to find a cover that will fit it!

Very comfortable

This is a really comfortable swing and I’m glad I own it. Very well cushioned. It’s structurally sound. What I didn’t like about it was how difficult it was to assemble. The written directions are so tiny that you can barely read them and they were pretty useless anyway. Watching the video was the only way we came close to figuring it out and even then we had to go back to the store to see one that was already assembled. Seat bottom disintegrated

We initially loved how this swing is large enough to convert to a daybed but after a year, it started to fall apart. We took great care of this swing and disassembled it and kept it in the attic during the winter so it was protected from the elements.The canopy bleached by the sun very quickly and the following summer it ripped in half. Great rain catcher

Very disappointed in the design of the canopy. Every time is rains, I have to go and get water of the canopy. And every time I do that, I end up soaked. I would not have bought this knowing this beforehand.

Canopy Design is very poor

The swing itself is good. The canopy holds water and even after you drain it off and it dries it sags down and looks terrible. Would not purchase this again.

This swing is no good for outdoor use it would be ok if you have a gazebo or a roof over it but other than that not good to set on a uncovered patio or porch when it rains the top will collapse and keep water held on the top which comes down on the pillow on seat and ruins it called lowes and they don't have replacement parts for this so they toke my info to send over to the actual company that makes them and they have failed to reach out to me

Really Good - could be better

Comfortable, really good quality fabric, solid construction - with just one glaring design flaw: The canopy fills up with rain, and requires an awkward emptying procedure both on the front side and a back. Love how each nut & bolt is labeled. Directions are not super easy but it’s something people can figure out.

Harder to put together than it leads you to believe…but very nice once together. And the cover fills with rain. But I love it once it was put together.
